Discord

-Hypnosis; Discord can corrupt others through mental suggestion. His hypnosis is powerful enough to completely take over the mind of another. Aside from eye induction and touch hypnosis also uses spellwords to verbally manipulate his targets to do his biding if they are weak-willed enough.

-Telepathy; Discord seems to be capable of reading the minds of others allowing him access to the strengths and weaknesses of others, but he seems to only use this sparingly, and only against those he is playing tricks on.

-Telekinesis; Discord can manipulate objects, ponies, and other matter and pull them toward him (and whatever is attached to them). The bodies are usually small never exceeding the weight of a small table or chair, but it is possible for him to draw larger objects, as he can raise the sun and moon with the snap of his fingers.

-Levitation; Discord can levitate himself, simply put, and chooses that rather than walking normally.

-Celestial Manipulation; Discord can manipulate heavenly bodies and force sunrise or sunset, among other, possibly cataclysmic heavenly disruptions.

-Quantum Manipulation; Discord can twist and distort reality, not excluding gravity. He can also distort logic and create paradoxes.

-Nigh Omnipotence; Discord can wield near omnipotent power, limited by his weakness to the power contained by the combined force of the Elements of Harmony (and a rotten spell that tethers him to the beck and call of a single spell).

-Nigh Omniscience; Discord has knowledge of all that goes about in the world of Equestria, likely due to his ability to cross barriers of reality, but it is limited due to the choices ponies make and his own arrogance.

-Teleportation; Discord can teleport from one place to another without limitation (seemingly). He seems lured by chaos disrupting the peace.

-Conjuration/Creation; Discord can create objects and life from what appears to be thin air, but may be his ability to bend reality, leading one to surmise he pulls these objects from somewhere else.

-Chimeric; Discord can use and manipulate each of his body parts natural aspects of strength (lion's strength, a goat's leg strength, dragon's breathe, etc)

-Body Manipulation; Discord can manipulate his body parts: regrowing them, multiplying them, and removing them without harm to himself. This may be also a secondary means of spatial manipulation where he submits his body to the forces of his reality bending without causing self-harm.

-Shifting; Discord can shapeshift, sizeshift, and colorshift.

-Matter Manipulation; Discord can animate inanimate objects, appear to consume objects (likely forcing them into a pocket dimension), as well as shift through reflective objects using them as doors.

-Environment Manipulation; Discord can control animals, weather, physics, and other factors of his natural environment with ease.

-Magic Sense; Discord can sense even the most minute imbalances in magic (not excluding the theft and redistribution of magical properties).
