So, bit of a madcap scheme going on in the thread I have started here; http://www.rprepository.com/community/forumthread.php?t=15640

I am seeking people playing character who want to become associated with supernatural role-play. I am looking for normal people who want to become more extra-ordinary.

My character, Tenoji Tails, in the the possession of a series of Magical Coins made from his home city. He is willing to provide these coins to character with sufficient desire for them. These coins each contain an elemental nature, and when pressed to a person's skin...it infuses them with supernatural powers temporarily, inducing a transformation into something far more fantastic or giving 'magical powers' to a person for a few hours.

The elements of the coins are as follows:

Smoldering Coins, tied to Fire
Shining Coins, tied to Light
Blackened Coins, tied to Darkness
Clouded Coins, tied to Wind
Jaded Coins, tied to Wood and Forests
Turtle-shelled Coins, tied to Water
Bladed Coins, tied to Metal
Gazing Coins, tied to the Soul, Spirit, and Knowledge
Bloodied Coins, tied to Life and Blood

If you are interested in playing, just go ahead and reply. After each person is given or denied a coin, Ten will head to a new setting and if you need a specific setting, give me a PM and I will ensure it's the next one. All sorts of Characters are around...not just supernatural-themed characters, fantasy and sci-fi work as well.

That's just fine. There are no set spots or positions. I just wanna see what people do with what they pick out. And when the coins run out, Tenoji can always go home to make new ones.

I am not really a very structured roleplay person. I like the "Digital LARP" format where people just wander around acting in character and when two characters bounce off each other the roleplay happens. Got any ideas in advance what might be good powers for your characters thematically?

Oh! Sounds good, I can work with that.
Uhhmm.. Powers. Well, I think Crystie would be more suited to the Light elemental powers. Could be tied to healing, invisibility, teleportation.. Or the Glazing coins might be interesting to see too. Powers tied to that could be telepathic abilities, mind reading, enhanced perception, etc.

And as for my character's owers, I was wanting to use a character I recently made called Reggie the Space Viking. He currently doesn't have a profile and isn't very fleshed out, but I do have a basic concept for his appearance, personality, and skills. As for his powers, I know he is ungodly skilled with tech, having built himself various gadgets and living off of fancy tech commissions he does. On top of that he would have super strength(Cybernetically augmented) and limitied flight(Thrusters attacked to his clothing) Does that sound good?

Should work. If you think a Magic coin is suitable for the space Viking, why not? We might need to wait on him till I get Lia and Crystie their coins and then Ten can take another walk though the Bleed to a sci-fi world.

Well maybe he goes through that Bleed thing?

That,'s kinda a character breaking idea. The Bleed is kinda like a ever-shifting nebulous supernatural highway that dives through dimesions where fictional source matter is reality. And once you go in, the highway shifts and you get stuck in another world till you can find a new doorway.

Ten's already just finished bumming it in New York with the Ninja Turtles, in the short stories I have been writing.

That's why he said "I am just a wanderer, looking for my way home."

Cause literally, he just has to keep jumping and hope eventually, the trip selects his version of Earth to dump him.

A Space Viking is likely to end up trapped on the Bridge of the USS Enterprise with Kirk

Well in that case I'm not usre I'll be joining this rp after all. Last time I joined a role play, but had to wait to be able to actually post in it, it took several months of a wait, and when I finally posted, the role play died pretty much instantly. Maybe there's some kidn of event that draws all our characters together at once?

I kinda figured she would meet up with him a little later, maybe after Delilah got her powers. The way you made it sound earlier I thought we all would slowly bump into each other!

Well, that's perfectly fine. Just thinking I might want to get two people empowered in one shot. But I can play it that way too no problem.

As for Sketch, I dunno? As far as the big event to draw everyone together that is. I really don't think that handing peeps out coins would take that long? >_<;
