The day started out normal in Meta Fall, the training Guardians went to train under their masters for a specific teaching. The workers went to work, fixing the wall the surrounds the city, water pipes, and building stuff. The streets were covered in people, some shopping while others just hung out. Kids laughed as they play their games.

Things were also normal in the Iron Boar, the local bar and hotel. The bartenders, Alice and Mike, gave people drinks as a few others went around, collecting orders. Will sat in the corner, drinking a pint with his sword next to him and his pistols on his hips.

Ette threw open the door of the Iron Boar and smiled widely, watching all the people in it mill around. He spotted Will sitting in the corner and made his way there, edging past the other people in the bar.
"Hey, Will. How're you doing?" He said amongst the chatter.

The sun's rays shone through the iron grated windows, sending shadows crisscrossing over Raine's blankets. Sitting up and stretching, she yawned and just sat. Looking around the room with bleary blue eyes she ran a hand through her blonde hair, trying comb out any knots. Groaning about having to get up and leave so early, the girl got out of the bed and into some clothes.

On the far wall sat a bowl of water where she scrubbed the sleep from her eyes and proceeded to go back down stairs and into the bar room. Her ears were still droopy and her tail fur was scraggly from the bed. There were new faces and some from last night who passed out on the table from the over abundance of alcohol. She pulled out a stool and fumbled onto the seat. Being so short made it hard to just sit on them. "Can I have some milk or water please?"

George strode into the Iron Boar and took a seat at the bar. "Someone give me a drink!" He said with a big smile on his face.

Will stood up and met Elias halfway. He held his hand out to shake his and asked, "Elias, how's it been man?"

Alice brought Raine a glass of water and a person got George a drink. "Party too hard last night?" Alice asked Raine.

Striding into the iron boar Nura took a seat and waited for the bartender to approach her. When the bartender asked what drink she would like Nura responded simply with, "Water please."

"Great, great," Elias said passively, shaking Will's hand. He smiled lightly. "What are you doing here, anyways? Are you waiting for someone?"

Raine drank the cold water and sighed happily. She didn't sleep in too late today, maybe she could go look at the bulletin and find some missions to complete today. There was always something that needed to be done.

George smiled. "Thanks." He said, then he proceeded to gulp down his drink. He looked around, maybe he could find something to do in here he thought to himself.

Will chuckled. "Can't I have a day off every now and then?"

A woman brought Nura some water and another person brought George another drink.

Elias laughed. "I guess so. Any news going around? I haven't really heard anything."

Scrambling off the stool, she paid for the drink and walked over to the bulletin board. Looking it over and sighing, it was either bandits orstolen goods. It seemed a majority of them jobs anyway. She looked under some of the papers to see if there was anything hidden that may reveal something more exciting.

George paid for his drinks and walked off to find something fun to do in the bar.

All of a sudden, a man burst into the bar. His eyes were blood shot, his clothes were torn, his face bloodied and with wounds that looked like an octopus has wrapped it's tentacles around his face. He came in, panicked and stumbling. Will rushed to help the man up.

Elias jumped up suddenly and went over to the man. "Hey! Are you alright? What happened to you? What's the matter?" He shouted.

Raine jumped at the sudden entrance and braced herself against the wall. The man who barged in was very injured and several of the customers went to look him over. Raine walked over as well, trying to peek over the tall people. She knew a bit about healing herbs, but there was probably a better doctor in the building somewhere. Just in case though, she pulled out some bandages and herbs.

George saw the man barge in. He walked over to the man and the people around who were helping him.

Will pulled up a chair for the man. The man then grabbed Elias by his shirt collar and pulled him towards him, his eyes wide. "I there's a way, a way to kill the demons and close the portals."

"What?" Elias' eyes widened. "What happened? What did you see?" He asked the man frantically.

Raine finally scrambled through the crowd. Being close enough to him him now, she examined the man's injuries. Major bruises and a few good gashes covered him. As far as any venomous wounds or infections to diseases, she would need to better examine him. When he suddenly moved, she jumped a bit, bumping into someone. He had grabbed hold of a blonde man.
