Hi, loves! We are here to announce something super exciting for the Beta Members of our group. From November to February, if you participate in an event, host your own public RP, or join an on-going public RP you will earn tickets towards an entry into an art raffle! We are doing this on a tiered scale--the more participants we have, the better the prize! I'll elaborate below.
Tickets will be awarded based on the consistency and frequency of roleplays by each of the participants: the more you participate, the more opportunity you receive to earn tickets. There will be two primary ways to gain them --
Joining in active, public roleplays or hosting a public roleplay.
For the purposes of this raffle a public roleplay will be defined as any roleplay that is open to all or a particular region, including just a standard/casual roleplay, one based on a new, ongoing or larger plot, or an event. These roleplays must:
- have at least two parties in addition to the host to qualify (a total of 3 participants or more)
- be at least (2) hours long.
And now the fun part... the rules! All of this will be maintained by staff, and more than that, management, so you do not have to concern yourself with it beyond providing a short log of each roleplay after its completion.
(We do, however, encourage you to keep tabs on your own ticket counts so that if you feel the need to verify before the drawing, you may do so with minimal effort.)
Tier One Consists of 3-4 participants.
Tier Two Consists of 5-7 participants.
Tier Three Consists of 8-10 participants.
Tier Four Consists of 11-14 participants.
DISCLAIMER: Artist choice will depend upon quality artists that are timely, actively open/pre-arranged to perform the services offered and within the decided price range(s). While we will offer a choice of artists if possible, all artists' individual terms and conditions will still apply, including any feelings on drawing the requested character type or piece. This art raffle is to be considered a gift/thank you to active members and participation rather than an 'incentive' for what should be normal behaviors. In order to get credit for participation, you MUST BE actively posting for at least 2 hours for any given RP. Characters drawn must be Fort Cheyenne characters.
Winner will receive a character portrait from an artist of our choice.*

The following offers the manner in which tickets are accumulated

Hosting a Public RP = 1 ticket each
Hosting A Calendar Event = 2 ticket each ”“ (Must be moderated/attended by (1) staff member, and be placed on the calendar at least (4) days prior to the event itself; staff will count toward your participation minimum if they are actively posting)
