Jacquiopeia

Once the heir apparent to the Winter Throne, Lady Jacquiopeia (better known as Jackie) went from the darling of the empire to a disgraced persona non-grata. Jackie insists there was no wrongdoing on her part, and that all accusations leveled at her by her uncle, the then Grand Vizier are purely fictional, not to mention incredibly insulting. The truth, however, is more complicated; but good luck getting any more information than that out of the jilted royal. When not wallowing in self pity, she spends her time scheming her revenge, and looking for a way to get home.

Jackie is unusually tall for a fairy, like other members of her royal house, but still significantly shorter than a Human. She's easily recognizable from her brilliant wings, not to mention her loud personality, although her muted color scheme does let her blend rather easily into the snow.

She can be found wherever the weather's at it's coldest, and wherever there's gossip to be heard.

Dancing Wings As one would expect, Jackie can fly using her butterfly wings, they don't actually seem to flap, though, they just shine and sparkle whenever she floats around. She's got pretty good manoeuvrability and speed, but don't expect her to win any races.

Lady Iceheart Unlike their fair-weather cousins to the south, the Silverwisp Fae are at their happiest when the weather is briskest, as a matter of fact, they're at their zenith of power when others would be on the verge of freezing to death. Accordingly, their domain of power is over ice and sleet. While all of her ilk are formidable Cryomagi, Jackie's royal heritage affords her even more control over the elements.
In her home kingdom, Jackie would have been a formidable force to reckon with, but the long distance away (not to mention the relative heat) has waned her powers significantly. As things stand, she can do little more than conjure small blizzards and throw ice crystals. In the summer, she'd be hard-pressed to so much as summon a stiff breeze.

Danse of the Sugar Plum Fairy By their nature, all fae, Silverwisp or otherwise, are unnaturally graceful, beautiful, and charismatic. Far from being an exception to this rule, Jackie flies above head and shoulder above her peers. Yes. She absolutely lets it go to her head.
She's also a talented singer, harpist, and a natural poet.

Snowblind In the frozen woodlands, Jackie can render herself all but invisble, and even when in civilization maintains an uncanny ability to stay unseen - unheard is a different story. Another dead give-away is the cold aura she gives off, any room she steps (or flies) into is a couple degrees colder for her presence.
