    Luella is a rather average sized woman with sinewy, toned, arms and legs from her time spent working on her parents' farmland and generally spending her time on the road. Her low-hooded eyes and equally low, straight, brows give her a permanently stern expression, especially with the way her full lips often remain flat— unsmiling. Her eyes, one brown and the other a glassy blue, obscured by a brown splotch at the base— are drowned out by an old scar that cuts through her cheek, and nicked away the hair of her left eyebrow.

    Her golden brown skin is often tanned around the arms—there's a faint ruddiness to her face.

    Luella often dons a linen roper shirt, and a thick black gun belt hangs from around her waist, supporting the holster of a single Navy pistol that rests at her right hip, and a sheathed bowie knife at the rear. Her blue denim jeans are held against her waist by a leather belt and sometimes layered above her pants are dark brown chaps, which rest over dark leather boots decorated with simple embroideries, accompanied by long silver spurs.

    A black felt stetson rests low on her head, usually obscuring her eyes as years of being stared at has made being looked in the face quite uncomfortable. Only her long, black, braid and fringe can be seen from underneath.
