Relationship wise with her family and friends though is something that is always conflicting with the little princess. Truth be told she cares for her adopted mother but she is not as close to her on an emotional level as most understand. After all Lambent was still not the easiest person to get through when it came to the heart. Her adopted father though hard on her has always been far more understanding of her. Zale her adopted brother when she was younger they were very close but over time her rebel nature and his strict princely one started to clash.
Her closet friend is the mutated deaf Suesai known as Bell. Who grew up in the castle with the rest of the left over misfits of the kingdom it seemed. Divina would be considered to some degree an aunt figure to her and most likely the only one that could ever relate when it came to emotions. Alsius the general of the Suesai kingdom and her mentor for vortex has always made crack in her shell. She trust him more then most even if she throws more punches at him then her own brother.

When Nix was a child both herself and Zale had been swallowed up by a Leviathan. Which lead to a lot of the older suesai taking down the creature in hopes to save them. It was then they learned Nix had the ability of vortex, for both children were found inside the dead creature protected by such a thing.
Within the unconscious girls arms was an egg that for many years would not hatch.
Within the egg rest a creature that no one from any middle to younger generation of Suesai has even seen. Though some may have heard the tales of such a creature.

The Leviathan Eater is a sea monster like creature that holds many resemblance to the aqua like dragons of lore.
This extinct race was one used as some of the original mounts and companions to the first gen-Suesai.
They were given the name Kyro's, a small breed of creature known for their speed and hyper aggressive personalities.
Though they were considered ruthless creatures much like the species they enjoyed feeding upon, it seemed some Suesai were able to bond with such creatures.
Not much is known today about the race, as the last one had been seen when the originals were but young adults. Used in the Leviathan wars, they were fast companions/mounts that aided in the winning of many battles. Their scale like hides could withstand unbreakable forces caused my man-kind made weapons. Immune to any abilities water related they were an ideal creature to use. Though Kyro's were able to share a connection with typically one being. Known as their rider, they were said to be the only person to calm the creature down when it became to aggressive.
"Without their rider these creatures are as ruthless as the Leviathans they desire to eat."
Their flippers create agile movement as well as pinpoint accuracy when swimming. Adorned with razor like assets they are the only creature capable of piercing the scaled flesh of Leviathans with ease. Though much smaller then it's cousin race it was rumored they were created to help control the over population of them. With the capability of learning basic mental sentient responses, much like a parrot they learned basic words and phrases. Which they can communicate with upon physical contact with another.
Kyro's are said to have been able to chew into the side of Leviathans and bury themselves within them. Eating them from the inside out, and though they are not overly strong their movement makes them extremely hard for the larger creatures to capture.
All Suesai that had bonded with Kyro's wore a form of organic pulsating light. Typically an items such as a ring, necklace or bracelet which later was believe to have connection with their mounts.
Sadly after one of the largest Leviathan wars the rumored last of their kind, Draca's was "mortally wounded" in battle defending Lume the most recent former KING to the Suesai and was said to have died. Both Lume and his mate's Kyro's necklaces were passed down as family heirlooms-- which now belong to the future king Zale and his adopted sister Nix.

`Extremely fast
`Smaller in size
`They are capable of shrinking into a smaller travel size
`Hyper aggressive race unless bonded/linked to a rider
`Razor appendages
`Can breath on land or under water
`Rapid healing within water

This race can be killed by decapitation or heavy mortal wounds
