||LOGISTICS||↠ Artur was raised with noble upbringings; and though he is relatively wealthy, he finds himself humbled by nature and living things. He was raised on a small island of skilled beastmasters who can obtain the form of their chosen/desired animals through touch, or any physical connection. Artur is able to communicate with avian species of all sorts -- dragons, phoenixes, and any variation of winged creature. While Artur often retains his outward appearance of an anthromorphic lynx, he is fully capable of shape-shifting into an owl at-will. On occasion, he will possess residual impressions of his wings after transformation -- but, with time, they fall away and dissipate. Given Artur's natural magical ability, honed through interactions with his tribe and from birth, Artur can assume the shape of any animal he chooses; however, outside of a stark snowy-owl, he cannot shift into any other feral form at-will. While assuming a chosen shape, Artur is able to communicate through light telekinesis, sometimes intrusive to those overly sensitive to such types of communication.
