Intro

• When he isn't offering his black magicks to his fellow adventurers on missions, Auburne can be found on the race track through Sagoli Desert, leaving other chocobo jockeys in his dust.

  Hair: Dark brown, nearly reaches his shoulders when down
  Skin: Medium brown
  Eyes: Yellow
  Distinguishing Marks: Wears a little orange face paint around the outer corners of his eyes. He also has mild bodily scarring from falling off chocobos for many years and is on the short side.

• RP Hooks

  Ala Mhigan Refugee: While Auburne has little memory of his four years of life in Ala Mhigo, he grew up listening to the stories of the other prideful refugees in his home camp outside Ul'dah. He's very defensive of Ala Mhigo as a result and acts fiercly loyal to the place despite not entirely feeling as though he belongs there. He'd love to hear any other stories from Ala Mhigans, and he'd become uncharacteristically heated towards anyone who spoke ill of it!
  
  Black Magic: Auburne practiced thaumaturgy as he grew up outside of Ul'dah as soon as he was accepted into the guild. Through hard work, luck, and a series of fateful events which led to his acquiring a soulstone, he became a full fledged Black Mage. He is very careful about who he tells about these abilities, knowing how much trouble he could get in if discovered practicing black magic. On the other hand, he becomes very relieved to meet others and will talk their ear off about how amazing magic is.
  
  Chocobos: A well known chocobo fanatic to many, Auburne is more than happy to talk to you at length about just what it is about these feathered critters that he loves so much. In fact, he'd be more than willing to trek to Dravania and wrangle one for you! Or if you aren't looking to find a friend in a large, dangerous bird, Auburne would not hesitate to port you wherever you need to go. He's had a recent habit of harboring fury for hunters who mistreat these beasts as well.
