• Description

  The Captain is a man of average height with shaggy brown hair and blue eyes. His hair is usually in a state of controlled chaos; he tries to keep it tidy, but he oftens runs his hands through it. Ban has a stern look about him at most times and rarely smiles. He wears an old military star suit with some modifications and a laser pistol on his hip at all times.

• Biography

  Captain Taariq Banyan used to be in Earth's Global Rebel Military, a force created to fight against aliens coming to the planet. He was raised by Globalist parents who instilled a deep xenophobic fear of other planetary races in him that he still carries today. When the Globalist army was defeated, Taariq was technically stripped of his title and banished from the planet. He's forced to live amongst the stars with the races he so fears for reasons he can't even give. He's recruited a small team of other humans to help fly his ship, the Renegade and works as an escort pilot. He's usually locked up in the cockpit so he doesn't have to meet who he's transporting. His alien liaison, Mythri does all the planning and boarding work.
  
  *His disfigurement did not happen until after his banishment to space. He lost it in a crash where only his medic, Zalen and he survived.
