The Mutt

  A grey and black spotted mutt of indiscriminate origin sat in the cage. At first glance he'd seem very well trained, sitting silent and respectful of those that surrounded him. Even if he was approached or studied, he'd sit there very quietly. His tail swung around behind him slowly usually. The mutt was rather polite and seemingly happy in his current settings. On a particularly bad day, he may be seen there with a sullen look remaining silent. It was a rarity to find the little dog in such a state though. Around his neck was a collar with gold trimmings, the name plate blank.
