• Author's Notes

  While the Ulfrikssons generally aren't historically accurate characters, Bolverk is! There are, of course, discrepancies and minor anachronisms due to the fact that magic exists: things like Bolverk reaching such a great age, magical travel, not being constantly shocked at seeing strange creatures, etc. I don't care if you RP a historically accurate character or not.
  
  Out of character I am of ambiguous gender and prefer to be referred to with gender-neutral pronouns.
  
  I don't really have any rules or anything! I would generally like consent before huge things like death or mutilation happen to my character, but if it comes as a consequence of legitimate RP, I'm generally okay with it.
  
  If anyone wants to roleplay any of Bolverk's children, I think that would be pretty awesome. I expect a small bit of historical accuracy, but not a lot. If you're interested, just drop me a line and we can work something out.

  Friends

  	Hundar (played by Rosby)
  Bolverk is fond of Hundar. He's a man rooted in tradition, and he's not a bad warrior to boot. Y'know, for a Saxon.

  	Muunokhoi (played anonymously)
  They are both old men, a simple fact which forged a bond between them. There are, after all, only so many other elders to talk to about the aches and pains of the years, and how the good ol' days used to be.

  Family

  	Leofrik (played anonymously)
  Of the infamous nephews, Bolverk has interacted with Leofrik the least. There is still love there, however, and Bolverk wonders what has become of him.

  	Ulfrik (played by DirtySanchez)
  Ulfrik had a lot to live up to. From a very young age, Bolverk kept his distance, not wanting to spoil the eldest nephew with sweetness. In Bolverk's eyes, he has risen to the challenge admirably, leading and even modernizing (a little) the clan in times of hardship. For this reason, he holds a special place in the old man's heart, and he often seeks to see his brother there.

  	Fjolfr (played anonymously)
  Bolverk doesn't know how to feel about this bastard of Raginfrik's. We'll see how it goes.

  	Thorgrim (played by Lai)
  Thorgrim and Bolverk are kindred spirits, as men of peace and harmony and creation. They have both seen loss, and they re-connected at a key time in both their lives. That can never be taken away.

  	Ingulfrid (played anonymously)
  Another of his daughters, Ingulfrid is a skilled warrior. She has a young son she takes everywhere with her, which Bolverk doesn't approve of. She's something of a mother bear.

  Acquaintances

  	Gersemi Beradotter (played anonymously)
  Bolverk is rather fond of Gersemi. At first he was skeptical of her rough-and-tumble nature as well as her lupine companion, but her loyalty has proven admirable. He is glad she is often near the hall.

• Other Family

  Ingebjorg Bursisdottir
  Bolverk's late wife. They were happily married for many years until an illness took her one winter. He still misses her dearly and can often be heard speaking to her when he's alone.
  
  Jorunn Bolverksdottir
  Bolverk's youngest daughter. She is clever and darker-minded than her siblings.
  
  Vigdis Bolverksdottir
  A skilled ship-builder, Vigdis has yet to settle down and give Bolverk grandchildren. But that doesn't seem like the sort of life she's after.
