  Touch-based memory and thought transference.
  

  Direction of information flow is highly dependent upon the hand Caecilius initiates contact with (right gives, left takes).
  Skin to skin for optimal results.
  Capable of controlling what he shares and, to some extent, can manipulate the data to evoke the desired emotional response.
  Incapable of controlling what he receives; best results yielded when person involved is caught off-guard.
  Those with strong mental defenses can stem the flow or cease it altogether.
  
  "Do you not believe me?" His speech is slow, deliberate, as though each syllable is sacred. Fingers pluck the leather from his right hand, and, careless, he lets the garment slip from his grasp. A ghost of a grimace flashes across Caecilius's face as he extends his hand, palm up, fingers fanned out. "Then let me show you."
  
  Disclaimer: Caecilius's power of telepathy does not allow him to read minds. When he touches someone with the intention of gaining information, what he obtains is entirely up to you, the player. It could be something traumatic, it could be what they had for breakfast, it could be nothing at all.
  
  V I S I O N S:
  The Sight

  Uncontrollable, unpredictable.
  Future, present, or past.
  Objects significant to a person contain memories. Contact with aforementioned items can spark visions; often sentimental (Past).
  Premonitions and visions of the present happen at random; often fragmented.
  On the night of a harvest moon, the Sight reaches its peak performance level, and visions occur more frequently, at times even back to back. These are the strongest, purest forms of clairvoyance Caecilius can experience.
  
  Where fingers pressed against the cool metal of the blade sparks danced beneath the skin, a tingling sensation that soon rendered the digits numb. Like wildfire the numbness spread throughout his body and brought with it visions imprinted upon the knife. Whispers of memories caressed the recesses of his mind, teasing him, calling to him, but he paid them no heed. Instead, he waited for one to rise to the surface, craving acknowledgment and eager to share its contents; he wasn't held up for long. Pain blossomed in his temples as images flashed behind his eyelids. A woman, child cradled to her chest, radiant in her happiness. A woman, bundle in arms, face puffy and cheeks tear stained. A black dress, a knife. Sorrow. Red, red, red.

  B L I N D N E S S:
  An eye for an eye.
  Strengthening of the Sight results in vision loss; gradual, but irreparable.
  Dependent entirely upon other senses and seeing-eye falcon.
  Senses heightened in absence of sight; aided by werewolf genome.
  
  I L L N E S S:
  Agony.
  Overuse of telepathy can result in fatigue, headaches, and loss of appetite; transference of ailments to second party is a potential risk.
  Visions are known to cause migraines and vomiting, but may also subject Caecilius to seizures, blackouts, and prolonged periods of unconsciousness.
  Use of powers under duress magnify the severity of ailments.
  Other known side-effects of The Sight: infertility, insomnia

  A werewolf without a wolf.
  Cannot transform or infect others via bite.
  Restless and irritable during the full moon.
  Still subject to the weaknesses of his bloodline (e.g. silver, wolfsbane).
