  • Character Description

    Ciaran is a young maiden of recognizable high-born descent, modest sylphlike physique and delicate pale complexion. Her eyes are akin to a bright clear sky in their spirited arctic blue gleam; her gaze, acute and perceptive, possesses a calming or shunning property about it depending on the nature of the creature that meets it. Her visage is accentuated by a raven black mane, cut just below her shoulder line, decorated with a braided crown that wraps around her head and ties into a short-knotted ponytail at the back with a golden brooch.

    She wears as dignified an attire as any one upstanding woman of noble heritage could possess, consisting of an elaborate sable dress decorated with teal colored trims and intricate embroidery of silver and gold in traditional knot patterns, complete with gloves, dark stirrup breeches, knee-high leather boots and a matching weathered cloak. At her waist there is always an ornate silver dagger, as well as a coin purse, sometimes a small canteen and, when required, a leather belt with additional pouches containing various ingredients, or a selection of small vials. She often brings along a medium sized satchel containing some items of personal importance, a vial of ink, a writing quill and her journal.

    As far as the common eye can tell, she is but another immigrant from the old world wandering around in Vermeria, carrying herself with reticence and seldomly in active search for needless interactions with strangers, to whom she may seem dismissive and irascible. In the presence of acquainted individuals and those privy to her circles of friends, however, she conveys an air of enthusiasm and good nature.

    • Personality: Ciaran appears to be of a somewhat apathetic and melancholic temperament around strangers. However, she shows her true colors when in the company of friends, being more enthusiastic and caring.
