  Electricity Manipulation & Creation

  Description: The ability to control and manipulate electricity. Can control anywhere from a spark of electricity to a strong current. Years of practice and Fulguran genetics allow him to handle electricity running through his body. He can also create electricity or electrical pulses where there wasn’t one. He can also control the electricity outside of his body instead of channeling it through himself.
  
  Limits:Can control up to 6.05 gigawatts of electricity, or generate up to 3.025 gigawatts on his own. If he tries to channel more than his limit, he can do serious damage to his body and potentially burn himself from the inside out. Emotional restraint and concentration is required to keep control. Must rest for 6 hours if creating the full amount of electricity. To create an electronic pulse, the target must be conductive.

  
  
  

  Tesla's Pull

  Description: Can siphon and conduct electricity from any source through his body or any conductive materials. Can use this to charge and overload objects. Could be used to power a home, district, or large machinery.
  
  Limits: Can siphon and conduct up to 7.26 gigawatts of electricity collectively, from up to 3 individual targets at a time. Can only siphon the electricity that is present in whatever he are pulling it from. Once started, outside forces that try to stop it are pulled in whether the user wants them to or not. He himself and any living targets could die if the user is not careful. Takes 6 hours of rest after use.

  
  
  

  Empathic Touch

  Description: The use of the natural electric pulses in the human body to feel their emotions or instincts. Can tell the range of what a person is feeling from a short distance away.
  
  Limits: Can feel up to 2 people's emotions at a time. Takes 1 minute to use the ability. Although usable from up to 10 ft away from the target, barriers (such as furniture or fabrics) are factors that can hinder this ability. Especially if the barrier is nonconductive. Longer focus produces more accurate results and mixed emotions produce mixed signals. If he tries to overreach, he could become disoriented and overloaded. Focusing for too long may cause him to become affected by who he's feeling. Must rest of an hour between use.

  
  
  

  Help or Harm Tingly Touch

  Description: Can produce electricity from his hands that can either cause localized numbing with direct contact or overload someone’s nervous system and paralyze them. Could also be used to charge objects with electrical storage capacity.
  
  Limits: Numbing lasts for up to 48 hours, used for an area of up to the size of his hand. Numbing always requires direct contact. Can also be used to overload someone's nervous system to paralyze them for up to 12 seconds, from a distance of up to 20ft. Both applications must channel the electricity through his hands. His hands become numb and impaired for a time after use. Must rest for 6 hours between uses or risk permanent damage and loss of the ability.
