    Julien doesn't really seem like anybody out of the ordinary at first glance-- he seems to be personable, friendly, and charismatic albeit greatly on the passive side. He has a tendency to go along with whatever is happening, as most things aren't too likely to bother him and he doesn't generally have set expectations. He’s quite kind, almost always seeming to keep his cool regardless of the situation. He tells a lot of lighthearted jokes and tries to be uplifting, although he won't push someone too hard to do something that they've already given up on. Despite his genial and unassuming demeanor, he's also very tactical-minded, intelligent, and able to run things with surprising efficiency and accuracy. He tends to feel little remorse when it concerns people he doesn't know well, and has few qualms about knocking a few down for something he believes in, but he doesn't share his sister's sadism.

    Julien is extremely caring and doting towards those he likes, notably his older sister Juliet and their mutual friend Felix. He can be incredibly protective, leaning towards stifling as he tends to underestimate the capabilities of people who he deems need him. The only time he really ignores the wishes of others is if he's curious about them, in which case he's a little hard to get rid of or "aggressively friendly". He can be manipulative in a non-malicious way, in order to placate others, and is extremely good at mediating conflicts.

    He'll only let Juliet truly boss him around, but often interacts with others in a way that gives him the appearance of gullible.
