Kurt: A huge man with a shaved head. Looks like a grunt or tough-guy merc. Has dark brown eyes, almost black.

Useful/Notable Roles: Having left behind his role as leader of the Watchers, Harpur seeks a new life now. Currently he plays the role of father proudly, a family man and guidance for his ex-watchers. He has been delving into cooking at The Hummingbird on New Haven.

Gear: What he carries with him on each mission.

• Main Weapon: Lullaby - Lullaby is his beloved sniper rifle. She's an impressive and expensive weapon with three adjustable modes: Lethal, Stun and Caustic. Lethal has grand piercing capabilities while Caustic burns and Stun is used to knock out or knock down targets with powerful pulse rounds. She connects to his cybernetic eyes for greater scope and tracking capabilities. High range.
• Secondary weapons: Personal Space - His energy handgun, has only Stun and Lethal rounds. Powerful in close combat, easy to conceal unlike his rifle. Low and medium range.
• Grenades: EMP, Caustic, Smoke + Frag

Armor:

Harpur's armor is black with small red details, covering every inch of his body with a personal shield attached. It can protect against most bullets for a while but once depleted it needs time to recover.

• Holoskin: Armor allows to create hardlight holoskins to make the Silencer look like anyone. Can use this for about five hours and will need another five to fully recharge.
• Cloaking: Enables The Silencer to appear invisible for thirty minutes at a time. Needs another thirty to recharge.

Rumors:

• Is an ex-watcher, the leader of the watcher's infact! (rare rumor, unlikely to be heard at this time)
• Used to be the warden of Blackout's Prison (only heard from ex-prison guards)
• Is a fantastic cook
• Recently lost his husband right after marriage.
• Is dangerous
• Was seen giving a balloon to a kid in Lotso's Burger Bar, He can't be THAT bad, right?
• Aggressive towards aliens, actually attacked the kid and their family at Lotso's and then left.
• Is DEAD.
