• Description

  Oscar is a zombie, though that wouldnt be too obvious by just looking at him as he has heavy police armor on almost all the time. Originally Oscar had the most mundane existance imaginable, put together and raised from the dead by an old lady who was too old to reach the higher shelves and whatnot so oscar mostly existed to help her. During this he signed up with the authorities to maybe get some extra money in addition to her meager pension payment. Inevitably though she passed away and Oscar inherited all of her belongings while staying enlisted with the police. He almost always wears this standard issue heavy responder unit, even when he's just on mall cop duty, traffic agent duty or parking guard duty. Some people say he smells, that's just the parts of orc that the old lady used to put him together, and probaply the rot on it.
