  James offers pigments that can be turned into dyes for clothing, inks for paper or paints, or can be sold as plain pigments. In order for dyes, inks, and paints to be made, the pigment must be purchased first, and an additional tax will be levied for processing the pigments into whichever good(s) the customer requests. Custom colors can also be mixed for a small additional fee, and are listed under the pigments. Each pigment is given a rarity rating of common, uncommon, and rare, and each carry a separate cost.
