Shinobu (played anonymously) A beautiful married housewife that Dio dicked a couple of times, though she'll always remind him of her loyalty to her husband after. Dio considers her an accomplice and they often drink together, though sometimes she can be a bit overbearing. He'd just love to get a taste of her blood, though. Kindred spirits
Giorno (played anonymously) One of Dio's countless children, Giorno is one of the few who have managed to impress him. Born from a Japanese woman who Dio had clearly forgotten to dispose of after their tryst, the vampire can only wonder how Giorno ended up living in Italy for some time. Regardless, Dio likes Giorno, but acts more like a mouthy, petulant big brother to him than a father. Those who remain in limbo
Kira (played anonymously) Dio slammed his foot down with ground rules the moment he joined the odd household Kira is apart of, and no one seemed to object, either from fear, aggravation, or complete indifference. With time though, amendments are (slowly) being made. Though Dio doesn't think much of this somehow-naturally-blond Japanese man, they do share a love of felines. And that's about as far as their bonding goes, though Kira is known to bribe Dio with expensive cheesecake every now and then. Can you really blame him? 
Kars (played anonymously) A mildly terrifying ancient Aztec monster man, Dio is wary of him because Kars always seems hungry around him. Other than sharing a house, Kars hasn't made many moves to eat him, so Dio avoids him and lets him play his stupid Neopets. They both share an ineptitude with modern machinery, though it's less obnoxious and more mildly endearing with Dio.
