• Description

  Ethan has a round baby face, and a mop of unruly dark brown hair. He gets his grey green eyes from his father, and he hates them. He's not overly fit, but he's not fat either, and his clothing of choice is jeans and pull overs. He also has a very thick southern accent.

• Biography

  Ethan Asher Byrnes was born in South Carolina to a single mother. She tried to do best by her son, even though people questioned how she had become pregnant when she had no husband and no romantic prospects. Ethan's life growing up was fairly boring...well...minus the parts where his witch mother taught him to use witchcraft. That was pretty cool. Because of what they were, they tended to move around a lot when people found out what they could do. They tended to stay south though, his mother preferring to stay in warmer climates. This resulted in Ethan having a fairly thick southern accent and earning himself the unfortunate nickname of ScoobyDum.
  
  When he was twelve, his mother settled them in North Ridge, a little town outside of Nexxus. This time when people found out what they were, it was just shrugged off, and Ethan's mother decided that North Ridge was the place for them. His school days were normal, and at night his mother taught him spells and potions. When he graduated high school, he took to hanging around the garage band of his next door neighbor, and that's where he learned to play the bass. When Sunshine Sinner's bassist quit for the first time, Marek asked Ethan to join the band, and he's been with them ever since.
  
  Now that they're sort of famous, Ethan's been able to buy something he always wanted growing up, a dog. He chose a Blue Merle great dane, and he christened her Moon Moon. She's the best dog he could have asked for, and he takes her with him everywhere. He also has no idea who his father is, and he's never asked his mother about it. As far as he's concerned, he hopes the man is dead.

• Ethan's Magic

  Ethan's magic works in the form of arcane chants and different herbs mixed together and chanted over to create potions. When Ethan uses his magic, his eyes flash golden for an instant, and this is typically very easy for him to hide. He can do a lot of things with his powers, though for the really big stuff, he generally needs to look it up in one of his mother's old books first.
