  BODY

  ★ Florentine is boyishly handsome, his features a pleasant mix of stupidly cute and incredibly gorgeous. Big ol' bright orange eyes, thick eyebrows, and a head full of scruffy red hair that sticks out in all directions. He tries to tame it by sliding it in a ponytail but it never seems to help! His skin is fair, miraculously untouched by the hardships of life, with a few beauty marks here and there. There's a mischievous yet naive aura about him, with those wolf ears forever flicking this way or that.
  
  ★ Florentine's monstrous features, however, are typically hidden. But the ears, the tails, and the ends of his limbs are forever doomed to being covered in that odd mixture of feathers and fur that his decidedly strange hybrid blood has blessed him with. Or cursed. The werewolf's pelt is a stunning crimson, the same hue as his hair, with tawny phoenix feathers sticking out in a few places. The ends look as if they were dipped in white.
  
  ★ Also his tail is always on fire.
  

  MIND

  ★ Personality: Florentine is a mixture of childish and aggravating. He can make you go from "aww" to "AUGH" in the blink of an eye, his naive and easy-to-amuse nature making a dangerous combination with his penchant for getting himself in trouble. He's not stupid, but he can seem pretty dense sometimes, with his attention bouncing from one thing to the other in seconds.
  
  A natural performer, Florentine likes having the spotlight on him, but this doesn't mean he suffers when he has time to himself. Spoiled and mildly self-centered thanks to his upbringing, he seeks thrills and crazy entertainment in life... often at the expense of others.
  
  ★ Mannerisms: He exhibits an odd mixture of both bird-like and wolf-like behavior when his emotions get the better of him. Which is often. Expect squawking, howling, barking and the occasional marking of territory.
  
  Okay, that last one was a joke. Sorta. Also, the fire on the end of his tail is the best indicator of his mood, as the more extravagant and powerful the flames, the more excitement he feels.

  BACKGROUND

  ★ Birthed through a tryst between a middle-class werewolf and an aristocratic phoenix, Florentine is the bastard child his dad doesn't want others knowing about. A nearly godlike avian of the sun mating with a lowly mutt of the moon? Preposterous!
  
  ★ Growing up wasn't difficult for him because life was kind to him. Absent father aside, Florentine spent his younger days being spoiled to hell and back by his mother and generally living an easy life.
  
  ★ At the tender age of fourteen, Florentine's mystifying mixed appearance caught the eye of a man named Lilienthal, who ran the famous Cirque des Constellations. Because of this little shitbaby being bored with his middle-class life, despite his mother's tears and protest, he packed his things, kissed her goodbye, and ran off to join them.
  
  ★ Despite the rough start (thanks to his tendency to accidentally set things on fire), Florentine eventually became a respected member of the performers, touring around the world with them for five years and counting. People really want to see a dog on fire, it seems!
