  Do not be deceived by the man's immaculately styled suits and upper-lipped british accent, thick as it may get with the rise of his voice. Despite strictly controlled public records thats source his birthplace as London, Maximillion hails from the slums of Essex, England, born the fourth of five children. His parents occupied less than legal jobs and his older siblings fell into a similar pattern upon entering adulthood, so Max had no room, nor opportunity for big dreams. He settled for petty theft at first, then branched out to organized robbery, building no name, reputation or stable sum of money, just crippling moral disregard.

  Despite the unlikelihood of it, this disposition attracted the attention of local bar-owner and vampire queen in the rough, Bliss Joy, who looked upon his uncaring facáde and casual disrespect like it was a challenge. Once in her hands he discovered and was swiftly trampled by the woman's supernatural heritage and unmatched wit. It served him good to be presented with his limits and then forced to overcome them and to this day he never regrets looking into the darkness of her world and learning how to not let it consume him. With lessons of strength, endurance, tactical ingenuity and heartache under his belt, he departed from her. Soon to be crowned an english mafiot.

  During his short-term reign in the United Kingdom, he traversed the rest of Europe in search for alliances and recruits, yet few caught his eye. His one and only trip to France confirmed pub rumours of the country's fervent hatred towards organized crime, but Hart, ever so resourceful, managed to take an attempt at his life made by a young and foolish shooter and turn it around. He recruited his attacker and the rest is history. His next chosen place of learning was Sicily. Initially visiting over business errands, he was enticed to stay by a powerful mafia boss, offered great wealth in exchange for his servitude.

• SUN Adopted son, pillar of stability... A handicapped boy Hart saved in his 30's. After disbanding a child prostitution ring, Maximillion took the poor child with him and worked to rehabilitate him. Alongside Sun's recovery came Hart's.

  BLISS The vampire queen that made him who he is today through gruelling work and constant challenges. He had feelings for her once, but those have softened into gentle affection and adoration. All he wants is for her to be happy.

  MARGARETH The woman that stole his heart eight years ago and still holds it to this day. He stepped under her father's control and has not been able to remove himself from the organization yet. She's the sole reason why.

  Assassination: Killing a person, often (but not always) a person, usually for political reasons or payment of third parties. Will go through with an assassinations requested by third parties only for money or in exchange for other, equally as precious services. A few hundred for a regular citizen, five digit numbers for well-protected individuals like politicians, celebrities, etc. If anyone can manage to kill a celebrity, it's Hart's entourage. Absolutely will not accept offers for children or teens 18 and younger. Accepts prompts with viable criminal accounts; but not age, sex, race or sexuality-based prompts. Black market sales: A majority of supernatural black market sales belong to him. He acquires and transports supernatural products like various types of magical blood, were-fangs, dragon and unicorn horns, various wing membranes and feathers. These are acquired usually without actually killing the source; though it's immensely painful and often against the subject's will, the supernatural creature usually remains alive. Just loses the magical abilities associated with the horns, fangs and etcetera. Some aren't so lucky to survive, however. A minority of bone marrow sales and various body parts belong to Hart, coming from various victims.

  Espionage: (colloquially, spying) Obtaining information considered secret or confidential without the permission of the holder of the information. In Juno's case, espionage is commited by a single person rather than a cooperating group of spies as she works singularly, usually operating independently. She can bring back information about the size and quality of enemy forces (in cases of military concerns); she can also find dissidents within the enemy's forces and influence them to defect, as well as sabotage rivalling technology. Drug deals: He mostly dabbles in harder, more illegal substances but has been known to hire dealers who only walk the safer path of hallucinogens, party drugs and the like. His interest is mainly in heavy duty drugs and illegal medicines. He's put a lot of investments in supernaturally enhanced concoctions -- alcoholic beverages and drugs catered to the supernatural community. Has been known to incorporate his own supernatural supply into experimentative drugs. The test subjects for those may end up... ill, dead or turned into a supe.
