• Description

  Kari has long reddish brown hair she normally keeps pulled back into a ponytail or a braid. Her clothes are simple in the fact that she wears light leather armor of a deep brown. In certain locations on her armor she has folded pieces of forest green cloth to make her armor appear more like a dress for normality. Though the amount of weapons she carries doesn't really bring that about. Kari carries an arsenal of weapons around, including: A whip, batons ,and a bow with a quiver of arrows. Along with pouches on her belt full of different herbs and her bag that carries her journal among other things. Her right hand is covered with a leather glove about half way down her arm due to the scars she is hiding. Kari's right eye is brown and the left is purple almost lavender. Her cloak is the only thing hiding the scars on her back and shoulders. She also has a crystal in the shape of a crescent moon dangling from a silver chain around her neck. Her ears are slightly pointed with little silver hoops adorning them.

• Personality

  Karika is a strange one where as she may act child like and silly sometimes then others be very harsh and cold. She likes to keep herself guarded so as not to hurt others she has encountered in her life. Its easy for her to relate and speak with people because her travels. She feels more comfortable out in nature and could spend weeks on end living outdoors.

• History

  Karika Nekoa has been around. She is 24 years old but still has seen so much. Hikari Village, where she grew up, was small but the forest it resided in was vast. She would wander and wander for days sometimes and no one would worry. Kari was like the black sheep of her village. Her blood ran with more than just the human blood of her mother but also with the Elf blood of her father. She has pointed ears but the are tiny compared to the others in her Elven home. Karika was 8 when they attacked. Angry people and spirits alike led by one very powerful man with a lot a magic. Her father had always told her to run if something like this ever happened. Kari had asked why one night and her father hushed her with these words, "Because they want you." It shook her world knowing now that someone was after her. But she knew the woods too well. So she tried to run but, she couldn't leave her village. The man with the magic loomed over her home as she hid watching everything fall into ruin. The man wanted her for himself and for what he thought he could use her for she didn't know. She still didn't understand herself.
  At this point she had passed out right there on the cold forest floor. Kari woke from water hitting her face. She blinked her eyes open to see the rain. Kari noticed something sparkling on the ground by her hand. It was a crystal. After picking it up and inspecting it further it seemed to be in the shape of a crescent moon. It felt warm in her hands and she could tell it was a part of her. After running back to the village, she found it destroyed. Completely gone. She looked down at her crystal and realized she had even more questions now with no answers nor memories of the night.
  8 years later Kari came across a table in the woods, in her travels to find the answers to her past. The man sitting at the table invited her to join him. There was something different about him. She couldn't put her finger on it. The man said his name was Sikaro. Kari didn't know at the time but this man, Sikaro, would become family to her. So Karika kept coming back everyday. To talk or train with him. Kari's skills in her combat got much better. He trained her well and she practied much. His home was actually underneath the table, underground. She couldn't have loved the place more. Sikaro soon asked if she wanted to live there as well. She agreed. It was the perfect place for her. Then more people came. Syris Wolfbane, who she became involved with and others who became part of the family. Sikaro and Kari decided to make the small home a village. They worked hard and in a short time had a new place for everyone. Kari felt at ease there. She became there healer and teacher to most who wanted learn anything she could teach. Then one day as she was searching the woods for more herbs she ran into a man. It was the man from her past. With a quick strike he knocked her out. Days later Syris found her roaming around the woods with no memory and brought her back to the village. There Sikaro and Syris and the others did everything they could. Syris left. He couldn't handle being around her for she wasn't the same. After several months of working and working Sikaro found way. It was everything he could do to bring her back. She realized their home felt different, empty. Sikaro said after she disappeared people got scared. Some left, others stay and left later. Including Syris. The peaceful village turned to ruin. Sikaro had left them to run the village themselves for he cared more for my safety than theirs. My home, the home I'd been searching for for so long was once again taken away from her by that one man.
  Sikaro returned to his table out in the woods to reconstruct a new village. Kari told him she was leaving. She couldn't stay again not after everything. So she left. Its been years since that day and Kari was so close to finding that man. She has tracked him for years and will continue to do so till she gets her peace.
  Kari returns to the ruins of her village every so often to rebuild her home.
