• Personality

  Moonfire has led an easy, innocent life, and that is reflected in her personality. She never faced real adversity with anyone or found creatures difficult to befriend or get along with. As such, she is naturally curious, playful, and friendly. These traits are why she tends to stay in her small "feral" form, where it's easier to express her natural tendencies. Note that none of her forms are truly feral. She is capable of speech in all forms, but unless she chooses to speak, it's not obvious that this is the case.
  
  She is just as curious and friendly, but a bit more reigned in with her playfulness, if she takes on her humanoid form. No matter what, she is kind, and will most often help someone if they ask, or if she is directly put in a position to do so.
  
  She is both compassionate and loyal, deeply hurt if betrayed, but not much phased by being rejected outright. She seems almost too good, and she is. It's known that the moon has a dark side. So might the dragon, but no one has ever seen it. Not even her.

• Forms

  Moonfire's magical nature comes with an ability to shapeshift. If she spends enough time with a creature (usually a few months), she can alter her form to somewhat mimic its shape, though many of her features remain the same.
  
  Smaller Dragon: At this point in her life, she has become most comfortable in the form of a small dragon the size of some house cats. Most of her body is covered in smooth, fine scales, and a soft leathery skin. Short, fine hair runs from her head to about 1/3 of the way down her tail, and then tufts it at the end. Her ears and pale gold eyes are cat-like. Two white horns curve up and back from her head and are adorned at the base with silver cuffs embedded with lapis lazuli. Her paws are padded and the gilded claws are not retractable; the front paws are more like hands, with functional "thumbs". Her wingspan is about twice her core body length, and the membrane is semi-translucent, though not as delicate as that makes it look. Her tongue, paw pads and the insides of her ears are a cool dark grey.
  
  Larger Dragon: Her larger form that she sometimes opts to take does not change in features. She is about the size of a rather large draft horse.
  
  Bipedal: Her humanoid form is a bit of an amalgamation of the creatures she has spent time with and is most comfortable with: elves and owls. Her frame is lithe and strong, and stands a bit over six feet tall. Her silver white hair is straight and reaches her lower back. Her ears are decidedly more elf than anything else. She retains her horns and luminous skin, though there are no scales. She does have wings; they share a barn owl's look, but with iridescent white feathers. Hands and feet are still delicately clawed, and her eyes keep their original appearance. She tends to shift into this form wearing dark grey leather and even darker blue fabrics.
  
  Owl: Moonfire can also take a barn owl's form, and regularly does for the joy of it. The cuffs around her horns in other forms sit around her ankles. The feathers all retain her shifting silver-white coloring, and her beak and talons are pale gold.

• Abilities

  Shapeshifting: As might be obvious, she can change her form. This is not an instant see-and-copy ability, however. She must take some time being with creatures if she is to learn their forms. She never copies in entirety, always maintaining certain personal aspects in the form.
  
  Dragon Breath: Typical. She can produce fire. However, she can either produce "normal" dragonfire, or a rich blue "healing" fire that does not burn anything. It can, with time and effort, heal even severe wounds, but it cannot bring someone back from death, nor can it always help with fatal conditions.
  
  Water Control: Because she is a living aspect of the moon, she has a pull on water. It's basically just an elemental control of water. Nothing fancy, at least not yet. Her skill with this, while it is a natural thing, is not developed to its full potential.
  
  Moon Glow: Nothing special or important, but she begins to give off a gentle glow when very content or happy.
  
  Flight: Well... you know. Flap flap.
