When traversing the Underworld, this ability strengthens exponentially. » Daytime weakens Necromancy's effectiveness and reduces its range of influence to a five yard radius. More powerful 'dead' are difficult to control. (i.e; cursed souls, immortal souls) Umbrakinesis ★★★★☆ » User can create, shape and manipulate darkness and shadows. By itself, darkness is mostly used to cloud everything into total darkness, but by accessing a dimension of dark energy it can be channeled to a variety of effects, both as an absence of light and a solid substance: create and dispel shields and areas of total darkness, and teleport one's self through massive distances via shadows as well. » Absolutely null and void during daytime. Shadow travel is exhausting and potentially fatal if used too frequently over a short period of time. |
Ferrokinesis ★★★☆☆ » The ability to sense and summon precious metals and gemstones from the Earth, including celestial bronze and imperial gold. Can also bury said objects if necessary; depth of range varies but is maxed out at around several miles beneath the crust. » She cant mold the metals or gems summoned from the earth and this ability can sometimes act of its own accord during high emotional states. Geokinesis ★★☆☆☆ » Can shape and manipulate earth and "Earthen" elements including most solid objects, specifically all minerals and mineral compositions regardless of their state (mountain, boulder, sand or dust), dirt, soil, etc. Can sense hidden pathways and structures beneath the earth and create them as needed; usable in the Underworld as well. » A finicky ability and not as extensive as described, as her main capacity is for minor manipulation and mostly a keen sense for the underground. |
Blessed Metals » Celestial bronze, imperial gold and stygian iron; all three metals are specific to Greek and Roman demigods and even some of the Gods themselves. Wounds from these types of weapons are usually fatal to Demigods, although celestial bronze and imperial gold are harmless to mundane mortals. Daytime/Sunlight » Under sunlight, Essa's abilities involving shadow manipulation and necromancy are useless and weakened, in that order. Nighttime is when her powers are at their strongest. |
Mortality » Although Essa is a demigod, she remains completely mortal, susceptible to injury, aging and permanent death. Emotions » When stressed or nervous, her abilities may become erratic; mainly she'll randomly summon any precious metals/gems from the earth or accidentally raise the dead. |
