- Healing -
Arlene has inherited her sire's healing factor. Like him, she can recover from scrapes and bruises within minutes to hours, so long as she has fed well. The more serious the injury, the longer it will take to heal. Serious injuries will likely require her to feed in order to facilitate healing. Blessed weapons, fire, or sunlight will cause burns; these burns will take days to weeks to heal.
- Physical Abilities -
As expected, Arlene has gained physical strength and speed. Still new to the world, her strength simply puts her just above par with an athletic man in the peak of physical health; she can bench roughly three times her weight, and her strikes pack enough of a wallop to knock most people down. Previously clumsy, her newfound speed and agility has awakened an interest in parkour. She may not be able to keep up with a car yet, but her speed would earn her a gold medal in any Olympic event.
- Trained Eye -
Like her camera, Arlene now has the ability to truly See past someone's glamour. This ability is difficult to use for her, and will quickly fade away into a headache. It takes conscious effort to truly See...but Arlene is always able to tell that there's something off. Glamoured people appear just a little blurred, a hint out of focus, and will do so unless she tries to look past the glamour.

- Senses -
Like any other predator, Arlene's senses are stronger than those of the average human. Her hearing and sense of smell is on par with those of an average hunting hound; she can be befuddled by tricks that anyone might use to escape detection by a bloodhound. Her sight is now average, with the added benefit of being able to see clearly with a minimal amount of light.
- Immunity -
Thanks to her sire, she has become partially immune to most toxins and poisons. They will take longer to affect her, and their effects will not be anywhere near as strong as they should be. She will also recover from them quickly, especially with a fresh infusion of blood. This means that alcohol and other drugs will need larger doses, taken quickly, to affect her.
- Obfuscation -
As a photographer, Arlene was very good at blending into the background while taking her pictures. Undeath has only improved that ability. The small brunette simply seems to disappear into the background. Most eyes will simply pass her by, when she wishes to remain unseen. Any movement on her part will cancel this effect.

- Light -
Her eyes have become extremely photosensitive, and bright light of any kind will cause pain. Sunlight, or even artificial UV light, will burn her immediately. A few unprotected seconds in the sun will be like spending all day on the beach and leave her skin blistered and sunburned.
- Sensitivities -
Arlene is especially sensitive to blessed items and signs of true faith; a former Catholic, the sign of the cross will cause her to recoil in horror. A crucifix will cause her to shield her eyes. Prayers, signs of the cross, or examples of other faith may work against her, but only if the user fully believes in their effectiveness. Holy water is caustic when it comes into contact with her skin. Garlic will repel her.

- Fae -
Blessed by the Fae in life, she remains affected by them even in death. She will both crave their blood and recoil from attacking them; a deep inner part of her is somewhat unwilling to harm the creatures that blessed her in life. She is fascinated by them to the point that it may be dangerous, and seeks them out actively.
- Phantom Image -
She cannot be seen clearly in mirrors. Her features will always be blurred, and she is never quite certain what she'll see if she tries to focus on herself. She will avoid mirrors as much as possible, and may be developing a phobia of them. If her image is captured on film, the blurriness is repeated. Only one camera may be able to take a clear picture of her, but she has not been able to bring herself to take a selfie with her fae-charmed camera.
