Plume's colors change based on her emotions.
Due to this she can appear as any number of different color combinations.
When not changing according to her mood she is depicted as rainbow. -

This is Plume's "Fairy" form.
The fairy form also changes colors but with the exception of her "skin tone" remaining warm ivory and her clothing which doesn't change unless she's trying to masquerade around as a human rather than a fairy. -
