Scraggly looking Cross Fox. At least, that's what people get when they see them. Rusty reddish brown coats them from head to tail, or well, it should. Smoky black seemed to dominate their form, making the melanistic part of their subspecies known. Still rusty red shines through in some areas, usually highlighted by the purest, crispest white you've ever seen on a swamp fox.

Body is toned but angular. Sharp hips. Sharp shoulders. Sharp everything. They're mostly lacking in feminine curves. Instead built lean and mean. Androgyny is the name of the game, and Relic was winning it. Only the smallest of bumps would show feminine nature, though angular hips were wide enough to give pause. Long, lean legs were muscled. Built more wiry than strong, the Cross Fox promised to be swift and dangerous if allowed to be.

Locs, fall far past their waist. Though it was rarely seen outside a messy up-do or a ponytail. Some of it's streaked in an ugly sort of green, sometimes with plant dye, sometimes with yarn. Beads and feathers litter their hair, changing as they find new ones. They do their best to care for it. But being a slave, caring for their hair isn't exactly easy. So the locs can be a bit... Messy at time. Much to Relic's distaste.

Eyes tend to catch attention. Sharp and angular, tar black sclera surrounds electric green. Like acid, those eyes can burn a hole through anyone. They're dangerous eyes. Hunter's eyes. And they size up everyone who crosses their path.




Relic's a fox in the worst of ways. They're a trouble maker first and foremost, who always tries to get their way. Even if it means scheming and lying to people to get what they want. They have no problem throwing others 'under the bus' so to speak, or stepping on them to get what Relic feels they deserve. They're an independent person, which shows a lot in how they balk at serving other's. They may pretend to be sweet and submissive, but know they are probably working behind your back to get something. Despite this, however, Relic never seems to really lie. If anything, they talk in circles to make a point of not speaking an untruth.

They can be rather cynical and bitter at times. A life of self sufficiency has made them rather distant. They don't trust most people, men especially. Speaking of men, Relic has a pretty low opinion of them. Raised by a single mother with twin elder sisters, Relic learned quickly that most men aren't worth their weight in salt.

Chaos incarnate, sometimes Relic acts out just to make trouble. They are Chaotic Neutral in the worst of ways, and will gladly tip the scales just for a laugh. Some have commented on the fox's fae nature. Questioning if they're really all fox. Lineage up for debate, Relic shows no signs of any other blood in their history.

Capricious and careless in most aspects, Relic doesn't really make friends. They make connections, yes, but most people to them are seen as tools. They tend not to grow attached to anyone. But the moment they do, the fox is quick to turn on them. Relic sees friends, and potential lovers, as targets. People for them to bully and tease. They don't mean anything mean by it, but Relic seems to lack whatever it takes to make a healthy relationship.

  Relic possesses the skills to track, hunt, and dress their kills. While they specialize in the Swamp enviroment, they know enough of the basics to hunt elsewhere. Weapons used tend to be varied, though the specialize in bow hunting, and close quarters combat with knives.

  A novice in leather working, Relic has learned how to tan and preserve hides and pelts, and from there how to make the most basic of clothes. Their skirt is an example of this, made of strips of fur and pelts attached to a wide belt.

  Able to identify and gather herbs most common to swamplands. Is a quick learner, and has an understanding of how to cultivate some plants for home use.
  
• F I R S T A I D - [◉◉◎◎◎]
  Basic first aid has been taught to Relic from a young age. Able to stitch and bind minor to medium-severity wounds, as well as how to mix a mixture of poultices and potions to aid in healing. Able to tend to burns, and how to splint sprained and broken bones for temporary relief until a real medic can be found.

  Not something on their papers. Not something they gladly share. They're no real witch. Some may think so, but well. There was no surviving where they were born, without learning how to do some workings. Wards, guidance, a few spells here and there to fix what was broke or find what they needed. They've got an interest, though. A hunger.

  Relic has lived in the wilds most of their life. So of course, they've learned how to handle wild animals. At least some. They are able to somewhat tame some creatures.
