The former second-in-command of the villainous Team Galactic, Saturn now seeks to atone for the terrible actions he and the group had been responsible for. Though often a bit testy and even aloof at times, he truly does have the best interests of every Sinnohan at heart, working so tirelessly to right those past wrongs.

Other Stuff- He is completely reformed and terribly regrets his actions during his time as the second-in-command of Team Galactic. Despite his reputation improving amongst the Sinnoh populace, no doubt due to his tireless work in helping cleaning up the mess caused by it all and eventually turning Galactic Energy Co. into a legitimate business, he still feels as though he's not done enough to atone for his sins.
- Saturn really doesn't have that many friends. Sure, he gets along with most people, especially now that he's turned over a new leaf, but his workaholic tendencies don't exactly win him too many long-term admirers. Interpersonal relationships definitely are not his strong suit.
- Asking him about his time as a Commander in Team Galactic or about Cyrus in general is a good way to end up with a door slammed into your face. Even so many years later, he's incredibly bitter about it all, and feels as though he's talked enough about his time with them anyhow during the initial investigation all that time ago.
