  N a m e: Rio Kietahura ~ "Whimsical Star"
  A l i a s: Whimsy, Rio, Star
  A g e: Adult, but very young as far as kitsunes go.
  S p e c i e s: Alien; Lunar Kitsune (2-tailed)
  ~ Lunar kitsunes are called such because their pupils sync with and match the phases of the closest moon. They are originally from a world known in their language as Iishana Zun Lohika (The Planet of Blinking Moons). Like other kitsunes, they gain tails as they grow more powerful.
  S e x: Shifter.
  ~ Lunar Kitsunes have fluid sexes/genders. Some shift between female and male, embracing both; some choose a favored sex to remain for longer periods of time as a more permanent gender identity. Rio tends to switch between both sexes often. (When ambiguous, use the masculine e.g. he, his, him, etc.)
  S e x u a l i t y: Pansexual but has some preference depending on his own sex at the given time.
  S t a t u s: Unattached.
  
  
  A l i g n m e n t: Chaotic Neutral
  ~ Hedonistic; almost completely absorbed in his own wants and needs, Rio does what interests him the most and has little care about whether those things are considered 'good' or 'bad'. The standards in this new world are strange to him anyway, and he sees the distinction between the two rather arbitrary.
  P e r s o n a l i t y: Curious, explorative, intelligent, impatient, slightly cocky, open-minded.
  Q u i r k s: ★ Sometimes breaks into his own language or mixes it with common when he is speaking and cannot find the correct words. ★ Rio has a rather short attention span and is easily bored. Sometimes, in the middle of a conversation, he will simply drift away to inspect something more interesting. How rude! ★ New to this place, he has a hard time picking up on more subtle social cues and is exceedingly oblivious about customs and formalities.

  ☆POWERS☆

  
  

  S h a p e s h i f t i n g:  Rio easily shifts between a number of forms that he considers a representation of himself. With some practice, he can also pick up new forms, but it takes time before he can maintain it for a longer period of time.
  F i r e: Rio can conjure a blueish 'fox-fire' that is typical of most kitsunes. It can burn his enemies or simply act as a lightsource.
  I l l u s i o n: Small illusions are simple to create, but the closer one looks at them, the more obvious the illusion is. For this reason, Rio usually casts illusions in the distance and makes them appear only for a short while, just enough to catch the eye and perhaps startle the viewer. ★ Rio can also create audio illusions but is less experienced at this.
  M i s c M a g i c: Magic knowledge gathered from many sources; Rio has memorized a couple of useful spells such as ★ the ability to open certain locked doors ★ A brief amnesia/confusion spell that will render the victim's memories jumbled for a short while ★ very weak/brief telekinesis on light items.
  D i m e n s i o n a l T r a v e l: Having only accomplished this once with the aid of an ancient spell, he no longer attempts this though he has proven himself capable.

  
  
  

  
  ☆FORMS☆

  H U M A N (male) ★ A form picked to imitate those on this new planet, he appears rather average in all regards from height to looks, an amalgamation of the humans he had first seen. His hair is a little shorter and wilder to lend him a more masculine look; his eyes are the same striking violet.

  H U M A N (female) ★ Deciding to have fun composing this form, he choose one that he gathered would be appealing - one with large eyes, flowing hair, and a petite shapely body. In this form he enjoys dressing up and accessorizing, and often uses it to draw the attentions of others for his amusements.

  A N T H R O ★ A form he feels the most comfortable in and one he often takes by default, he appears much like a normal fox anthromorph. Only the sharper elegant angles on his body and the very long tails seem to set him apart from most others. In this form he is rather androgynous, especially under the loose clothing and the fur.

  F E R A L ★ Much like any other feral fox, this incarnation lends a small and nimble form. On closer inspection, his proportions aren't exactly the same as a regular fox's, Rio being a bit lankier and thinner. In this form, his sclera is violet and his irises are white and glowing; the pupils darken in accordance with the phases of the moon.
