  • A scroll sits next to someone's belongings. Typically, one does not mess with a scroll, as there could be anything within -- be it magic, ancient text, or just a message that is not addressed to you. However, this one bears a blue ribbon on it that says 'for guest use'.

    Pulling the scroll open reveals a number of messages in varying penmanship across it. It seems that this scroll has gotten a lot of use during its owner's travels. Not too terribly far away is a brush and a vial of ink.
