  Once upon a time there was a dragon named Zirnitra. He was not the strongest, nor the fastest, nor even the wisest, but he was gifted with tremendous magical power. Respected by his fellow kin for his abilities, he staked out a large territory in the west where he settled down and, like most dragons, fell prey to his urge to covet treasure. However, arrogant and prideful, he saw himself as better than his follow draconians, and refused to simply swoop down and pillage villages for their bounty. No, he wanted it to be given to him willingly, to be brought as tokens of appreciation and worship.
  Zirnitra befriended a mage who he granted a small portion of his magical power to in exchange for spreading word of his generosity. The dragon proclaimed that he would be willing to lend his powers to others, share his knowledge of magic, and grant wishes - all for a price, of course. His demand: to be declared a God of Sorcerers.
  People swooped in with tributes and praises, hoping for a small taste of the dragon's power and, when the flattery was to Zirnitra's satisfaction, he provided. Men, suddenly endowed with enormous amounts of magic, used it to fulfill their greedy needs, strike down their enemies, and take advantage of those who did not have the wealth to seek the dragon out. Zirnitra watched in amusement from the skies, laughing as those who sought more and more power to out-do their opponents brought him greater riches.
  One day, the mage who had originally spread his message returned, having seen the chaos that the gift of the dragon's magic had spread. The mage cast a spell on the dragon, trapping him in mortal form, stripping him of his power and might. Furious, the dragon killed the mage as the spell took hold, but he was still trapped as a human. Now, the dragon seeks to accumulate enough power to break the spell, attempting to steal back all the magic he had once so freely given away.

  (In Humanesque form) Build. Lithe Height. 5'11" Weight. 140lbs Skin. Pale, slightly sickly Hair. White, holds subtle shades of red/blue

  Personality. Prideful, short-tempered, cunning, arrogant, incredibly selfish.
  Strengths. Vast magical knowledge, very determined, manipulative.
  Weaknesses. Failing to remember that his power is limited in his human form, expects instant gratification, easily frustrated.
  Alignment. Chaotic Neutral
  
  ::Forms::
  Dragon. A slender, long dragon with shining black/purple scales. Though smaller than his kin, he still has a wiry strength about him and would easily overpower any human. Dotted along his body are patches of shimmering colors in blues, greens, and purples. Large wings allow for flight. In this true form, he possesses extreme magical power.
  
  Humanesque. The form he is cursed to and most commonly seen in. Pale skin, opalescent white hair, red eyes, and a number of other features make it obvious he is not exactly human. Large horns curl up from atop his head, leathery wings are usually folded against his back, and a number of shimmery scales are scattered along his body. He possesses a few magical powers, but for the most part is fairly weak and helpless. Not exactly physically strong either.
  
  Human. While disguised, it is a little easier for him to blend in. Without his larger features, he still has slightly pointed ears and crimson eyes.
  
  
  ::Powers::
  (These are the current powers he possesses in his cursed form.)
  Magic Flux. The ability to give and draw magical power from/to others/himself. Unable to store as much magical power as he was able to in his dragon form, he concentrates any extra power in the gem around his neck.
  Fire/Light. Limited ability to conjure flames and light.
  Flight. Less flying and more gliding. He cannot fly very high but he can use his wings for extra speed when moving close to the floor if he goes into a glide.
  
  
  ::Artifacts::
  Cowl of Disguise. A maroon cowl that, when worn, hides his more draconic features from common eyes. The glamour is strong enough to hide his wings, horns, and scales, leaving his red eyes the only hint of what he is. Strong magical beings will not be affected.
  Crystal of Magical Collection. A gem hung from a gold chain around his neck. Like a battery of magic, he uses it to hold the magic he steals from others.
