• laurelleaf is a quiet, reserved cat. he rarely speaks, and when he does he mumbles and talks in incomplete, broken sentences. he comes off as very apathetic towards anything that isn’t his craft. its hard to get under his skin. unless, you’re trying to make him be social, or drag him out of his den for some much needed fresh air and sunlight. he has trouble expressing his thoughts, and through the moons has never really been able to grasp how to communicate and form relationships that aren’t formal. can be quite snarky. laurelleaf has a bad habit of never announcing his presence, and combined with his already almost ghostly pawsteps, scares a lot of his clanmates. laureleaf is very serious when it comes to his duties, meticulous and careful. some many call him obsessed. many think his head is in the clouds when it comes to all the other aspects of clan life.
  
  
  from a young age laurelleaf shown great brilliance and interest in medicine. with the excited push and praise from the older warriors, laurelleaf spent his days in the medicine cats den, memorizing herbs and treatments for hours on end. it wasn’t that he didn’t enjoy it- he loved it - but sometimes laurel would have liked to been dismissed for just a little, so he could play with his littermates. quickly this was squandered, after laurelleaf had slipped out one afternoon, when his mentor was out. he was met with backlash, and since then has devoted the vast majority of his time to what hes good at. what he’s been gifted with. and no one can doubt that.
