• Biography

  Val is the second born son, and
  fourth born child in the Augustavern
  noble family. His only brother is his
  elder by only one year, and Val has
  always begrudged him for his birth,
  and the fact that it was only a
  matter of months that robbed him of
  his birthright.
  
  While his brother was being trained
  in the arts of ruling, Val took to
  different studies- history,
  calligraphy; appreciation of the arts
  and sciences- and, of course,
  battle. While he was often bested
  by his brother, Val was still a
  talented fighter in his own right.
  
  Knowing that he was likely to never
  inherit the land of his ancestors, Val
  has set off to make his own name in
  the world- though, of course, he's
  not at all above using his surname
  to garner favor when he needs it.
