• Daughter of the Storm

  Astrid is a very tall woman with deep purple hair which she likes to keep messy and at shoulder length (she hates combing her hair), and she has wide sky-blue eyes. She has a slightly muscular and husky build (and could probably put a small bear in a chokehold), and growing along her back over her shoulder blades are patches of raven-black feathers.
  Astrid doesn't care much for her appearance and will wear whatever's comfortable, but consistently likes to wear big fluffy parkas and winter jackets, if the weather's cold enough.

• Galvanize

  Astrid is a hearty, fun-loving and happy-go-lucky type of gal, rather going with the flow of the universe instead of having any sort of plan or concern for the future. She's also incredibly loyal and protective, however, her protectiveness can easily manifest into being slightly dominating and controlling over those she loves.
  Astrid also isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, and relies more on emotions and gut feelings rather than anything in her head, which leads to her coming off as ignorant, and going by gut rather than rational thought has often lured her into dangerous and unsavory situations, but it seems that an incredible life-long streak of luck has kept her alive through even the most stupid situations she's thrown herself into.
  
  Astrid is an avid adventurer, and studied cartography in school just so she could explore uncharted regions of the world professionally. Her undying wanderlust manifests into a love for traveling, and even just a few-day-long camping trip will make her content.

• 1 Billion Volts of Electricity

  Astrid can summon and manipulate electricity and arcs of lightning at a whim, though at the cost of physical stamina (which she can instantly get more of in a pinch by stealing electricity from other sources, such as electrical outlets, thunderstorms, etc). She can control the intensity of her electricity, ranging from tiny currents of static to streaks of lightning that can rival the brightest storms.

• Random, Unimportant Facts

  ⚡ She's bilingual! She can speak English (or whatever the common tongue is in the setting she's in) and lizardfolk (or Norwegian, depending on the RP's setting) (the latter is always her native tongue).
  ⚡ She's got a strangely sharp tooth in the upper right of her mouth, and is very clearly visible whenever she shows her teeth/smiles.
  ⚡ Whenever she's greatly distressed, her body subconsciously makes nearby electronic devices falter/shut down completely like an EMP.
  ⚡ Using lightning eats up her stamina, but in a pinch, she can draw energy from electricity to replenish her energy.
  ⚡ She's ambidextrous.
  ⚡ Rubbing her hands together generates static electricity.
