• Description

  Ethereal benevolence bubbled within the fastidious, strapping nature of his physique and couture. A cultured, sophisticated gentleman of noble bearing, not without traits of masculinity. Refined features tainted by a scar, traveling from brow to jaw, it's ultimate damage obscured by an ebony patch. Remaining eye displayed a harmonious golden hue. Light mahogany swept back to the side, the remaining were left to gently brush over the covering. Attire consisted of trim dark cerulean coat trimmed with ebony and glimmering aurulent. Breeches of ivory tucked in to polish boots of knee height, white gloves adorning his battle-calloused hands. Handsome court sword graced his hip, an iron-cross medal peaking from his collar.

• Biography

  Maximilian's family is a hearty mix of different races and bloodlines, while he's primarily human there are other contributions to his pedigree including but limited to things like demons, fae and elves. If a couple of the von Luttenburg family was unable to conceive naturally the process was usually helped along by magic. Most of the population of Valestein is human, elf or half-elf. Some with demonic traits from past encounters.
  
  Maximilian's father was a member of this hearty mix, and his mother was also of mixed lines, mostly elven. His parents met in a rather unconventional way. Because Valestein is a rather meritocratic society (judgement of a person is based on how useful they are as opposed to their race, species or other traits) at one point arts were banned save for the high arts for extremely talented individuals, who had to be licensed to continue their practice. Song and dance however, were whiped from the culture completely. This law reigned in Valestein for two generations of Kaisers.
  
  Until, a young woman went to the Kaiser's court to 'speak' and began to sing for the Kaiser. The man was not only persuaded by her bravery and voice, but he was so entranced by the nature of music that he courted the young woman, and later married her. They had a son and daughter.
  
  The son, Maximilian (Milliard) was the first born and heir to the crown, and the daughter, Lisette became a duchess. Both attended the country's military academy and became proficient fighters and excellent leaders. Their education was emphasized greatly and both developed somewhat reclusive personalities. However, Milliard was socialized lightly and became more outgoing. Lisette however, is extremely independant and twice as reclusive. She is also, much more steely and cold - where as Milliard displays a warm character.
