Biography

Cascade Rivers (she only goes by Cas, very few people know her full name is Cascade) was born with the ability to manipulate water. However, she has very little memory of her childhood. She suspects that something traumatizing happened to her, so she’s been trying to block it out her whole life. She also entertains the possibility that she had an accident of some sort, causing her to lose her memory. Whatever the case, all Cas knows is that she was born this way, her name is Cascade Rivers, and she will never turn her back on people who need her help
