    Kelvin is a silvery blue IceWing with frozen nitrogen gas pouring from her scales, making her very cold. Her horns and spikes look like icicles that have been frozen mid drip and she is cold to the touch, so cold her brushing by you is just as bad as her frost breath freezing your snout. She wears an enchanted first circle necklace to prevent dragons from dying of hypothermia around her.
