  Her father and mother were the king and queen of the elf forest. But after the human king, George III burned down the forest because the elves refused to give him gold and riches, she fled to a faraway kingdom, living there in the forest alone, and stealing from other villagers to make a living. At that time she was 16. One day , she was going out to steal some coins from an unexpecting villager, when she stumbled upon the most handsome elf she’d ever seen. They both instantly fell in love. The elf she fell in love with was no other than Prince Oakwood. He was betrothed to Princess Lilac Thorn, whom he described as an evil witch. They had both made plans to runaway with each other, until one morning Sakura woke up to a note from Oakwood saying he loved her, but his kingdom needed him. He would have to marry Lilith but he would always love Sakura. He promised that he’d send messages via doves and birds, as long as she sent them back. Her heart was broken into a thousand pieces, but if this wasn’t bad enough, Lilith had found out about her fiancés affair with Sakura , so she wanted her dead. Sakura had to move to the woods next to the kingdom and she’s been living there ever since.
