  Cunning and relentless, Lucinda considers herself the perfect weapon. With revenge on her mind, she will stop at nothing to fulfill that purpose. She displays a superior ferocity and determination when it comes to men, choosing to conquer rather than be conquered and she has no shame in exploiting her own sexuality when it suits her purposes. She can often make her own decisions and has proven herself quite adept at evading consequence. A near-death experience in her past has left her cautious with her heart, but also with an additional soft spot for children and family of which she no longer has either. Her obsession with revenge can often give her tunnel vision and while she has a quick temper, her desire to act on such feelings is tightly controlled.

• Description

  Lucinda has dark hair brown hair, usually kept pinned up and out of her face, though occasionally she will wear it down in thick curls around her shoulders. Her eyes are a soft, forest green, though with her attitude they can appear and almost toxic jade hue. While she is a fan of her natural beauty, she tends to color her lips and may use liner around her eyes. Fine clothing and jewelry are her forte. Though she tries not to be extravagant, she indulges at every opportunity to adorn herself in only the best dresses and accessories. When out in public, she can be seen wearing custom made cloth chokers at all times to conceal the scars encircling her neck.
  
  Lucinda is also very aware of her figure. Unlike many women, she prefers to keep a thicker, more curvaceous form and often emphasizes this with a corset or form fitting bodice. Dresses are her preference, she chooses to wear pants only when activity requires it. Extremely feminine, she carries herself with pride and grace, showing off her 5’6” without shame or discomfort.
  
  
  

  

• Background

  There are not many who know the origins of Madame deBlaque, though many speculate. Some say that she is the daughter of a Lord, there are others that deem her one of the most successful business women in the realm, and still others who insist that she is little more than a glorified flesh peddler. She is, by her own proclamation, everyone and no one at all.
  
  In truth, Lucinda was not always the Lady she portrays herself as today. The daughter of a simple fisherman, the only thing extraordinary about her was the beauty that plagued her from birth into adulthood. There were many that wished her hand, but Lucinda's heart beat for only one. Thomas Blackfield, a young Lord in the making and as fine a man as any woman could hope to have, or so it was said. But like all Lords, he was spoiled, greedy, and prone to tantrums when he could not have his way. "Fairest creature, I would have thee for my wife," he said. "Nay, even a Lord as yourself must prove that you are worthy of my daughter's hand," was the reply of the fisherman. And so the woes of Lucinda deBlacque began...

• Powers/Abilities

  Petrifying Gaze: The user can transform matter and objects, including living beings, into stone by looking at them. Note: For Lucinda, this can be achieved via direct/indirect eye contact. Ability can be activated at will. Effects are reversible.
  
  Death Stare: The user can kill anyone/anything via looking at someone and/or by having target look at the user the target. Note: For Lucinda, this can be achieved through direct eye contact only. Ability can be activated at will.
  
  Snake Bite: The user possesses teeth that are coated with or secrete natural venom, which can extend to the victim when said victim is bitten by the fangs. The poison can have a variety of effects, ranging from sedation, paralysis, mutation and instant death. Note: Lucinda's fangs are retractable.
  
  Flesh Masking: The user can take the face and/or skin of their intended target by pressing it to their own face/body they may wear it like a mask perfectly blending in with the rest of their flesh to appear like the said target through molding or other means. The body normally will adjust to compensate the stolen face to take on the full appearance of the victim or they wear there entire skin and allow it to tighten to assume the targets identity. Though blending in the face can be removed or peeled off returning the user to their natural appearance. Many users preserve multiple faces and carry them like masks in order to change appearance at will.
