AIMI'S GRANDMOTHER
Uchi (うち)
Aimi Satou lives with her grandmother Minori (里 meaning 'Truth') -- Aimi's only guardian who raised her, for her parents passed away long before she could even speak.
Aimi and Minori share an exceptional bond. They confide in each other without any reservations and are always there to lend a helping hand. However, Minori has a rather stringent nature, particularly when it concerns their family curse. As a loving and protective grandmother, Minori strictly prohibits Aimi from forming any sort of connection, relationship, or bond with others. She firmly believes that she is the sole person whom Aimi can rely on when it comes to her curse. No one else can be trusted, according to Minori.

KEMONOGAMI (獣神)
The Kemonogami, a divine being, reigns over the realm of beasts, animals, creatures, and critters, akin to the revered Greek Goddess Artemis. Her benevolent presence safeguards every living being that inhabits the land, the heavens, and the vast oceans, making her the ultimate protector of nature itself. It is she who cast a fateful curse upon Aimi's lineage, forever intertwining their fate with her divine powers.

SECONDARY CHARACTERS
Nene (寧々) Meaning: 寧 meaning rather, preferably, peaceful, quiet, tranquility / 々 meaning kanji iteration mark.
Nene is a very outgoing, energetic and flirtatious character. She tends to bug people a lot with her charisma and is not bothered by the negative comments other people say about her. Along with her best friend, Kazumi, she also sees Aimi as a potential friend. Hence, they would try their best to communicate with her even if she does withdraw herself from them very often. Nene is persistent and can be a very reliable friend, even if her way of helping others is not always so logical.
Kazumi (和美) Meaning: "和" is calm, harmony, peace, concord, serenity / "美" is beauty.
Kazumi is Nene's childhood best friend. Unlike Nene, she is more quiet, calm and logical. Her beliefs may be different from Nene's, but she often tags along with her plans. Not that she doesn't care, but she secretly enjoys her best friend's antics. And if something does go wrong, Kazumi is always there to help out. Kazumi is also a big fan of creepypasta, the paranormal and horror. When she isn't studying or trying to help her best friend not get in trouble, she would be at home watching horror movies.
Sakura Yamada ( 桜山田) Meaning: " 桜" is cherry blossom / "山田" is mountain ricefield.
Sakura is the new girl in Aimi's school, known to be very popular and admired by a lot of people. She has glittering sapphire eyes and scarlet red hair. She is not just beautiful though. She is also very talented, smart, and even athletic -- a gymnast, martial artist, and sword fighter -- which explains her very slender and well-toned body. She is almost too perfect to be real. However, there is one thing about Sakura -- something that she intends to hide from everyone she comes across.
Hana Yoshimaru (花 吉丸) Meaning: "花" is flower / "吉" is good luck, joy, congratulations / "丸" is round, full (month), perfection.
Hana was Aimi's best friend when she was 6 to 7 years old. She was a caring and loving person.
One day, Hana discovered Aimi's curse, which led to a lot of conflict in their friendship. Since they were still children, the truth of the curse slipped from Hana's lips; hence, Hana's family accused Aimi of being a demon. They wanted to destroy her for they thought she was a threat to society. But before that could happen, a large beast devoured the family, including Hana...
Hotohori Nakagawa (星宿中川) Meaning: "星宿" from a character in Fushigi Yuugi / "中川" is middle river
Hotohori is the beloved nephew of the owner of an inn at Hiroshima, Mrs. Fujiko. He is known and admired for his charming features and gentleness. He may often appear like he has a romantic interest towards Aimi, but to him, he is only being friendly. And unknown to Aimi, Hotohori is actually the missing older brother of her classmate Kazumi. He left due to some family issues in the past.

Hiro (played by ConnanBell) RP #1: Hiro is a rowdy, hotheaded, yet caring and determined young man who discovers Aimi's family secret just two days after she transferred schools. However, Hiro has a secret of his own, which leads them to becoming friends -- supporting and caring for each other to the best they can. In time, their relationship developed and they grew to realize their true feelings.
