    • Looks: Her coloration of fur and hair is that typical of her breed with not much else distinctive. Occasionally will have lots of minor cuts, foilage or sticks stuck in her fur, very dirty clothes and scratches all over due to SwiftFoot's nature of being extremely skittish as she patrols for the party. While out in the line of work she doesn't care much about her appearance. However, while in populated areas she'll try doing a better job of looking more professional.

      Her attire currently consists that of travelling gear most of the time for when she's on quests. Other than that she'll always be seen wearing causal and very simple styled clothing when she's not on duty.

    ~*~ Tabaxi Trait Details ~*~
    Darkvision: You can see 60 feet in dim light as if it were bright light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of Gray. Feline Agility: When moving on your turn in combat, you can double your speed until the end of said turn. Once you use this trait, it can't be used again until you move 0 feet on one of your turns.

    Cat's Claws: Because of your claws, you get a climbing speed of 20 feet. In addition, they are natural weapons which can be used to make Unarmed Strikes. If you hit with them, they deal Slashing damage = 1d4 + your Strength modifier instead of the normal Bludgeoning damage for an Unarmed Strike. Cat's Talent: You have proficiency in Perception and Stealth.



    ~*~ Character Background Feature ~*~

    Soldier - Military Rank
    You've been given a rank from your career in the military. Soldiers loyal to your former military organization still recognize your authority and influence, and will defer to you if they're of a lower rank. You can invoke your rank to exert influence over other Soldiers and requisition simple equipment or horses for temporary use. You also usually gain access to friendly military encampments or fortresses where your rank is recognized.

    Skulker: You can try to hide when lightly obscured from the creature you're hiding from. When hidden from a creature and miss it with a Ranged weapon attack, it does not reveal your position. Dim light does not impose Disadvantage on your Perception checks relying on sight.

    Mobile: Your speed increases by 10 feet. When using the Dash, difficult terrain will not cost extra movement on that turn. When making a 'melee' attack, whether you hit or miss, you do not provoke Opportunity Attacks for the rest of the turn.

    Sneak Attack: Once per turn, you can deal an extra 1d6 damage to 1 creature you hit with an attack if you have Advantage on the attack roll made only with a Finesse or Ranged weapon.
    You do not need Advantage on it if another enemy of the target is within 5 feet of it, that enemy isn't incapacitated and you do not have Disadvantage on the attack roll.
    --The amount of extra damage increases as you gain levels in this class.

    Cunning Action: You can take a Bonus Action to Dash, Hide or Disengage on each of your turns in combat.

    Uncanny Dodge: When an attacker that you can see hits you with an attack, you're able to use your Reaction to halve the damage against you.

    Evasion: You can nimbly dodge out of the way of certain area effects, such as a Red Dragon's fiery breath or an 'Ice Storm' spell. When subjected to an effect that allows you to make a Dexterity Saving Throw to take only half damage, you instead take no damage on succeeding the Saving Throw and only half damage on a fail.


    ~*~ Roguish Archetype: (Scout) Features ~*~

    Skirmisher: You are difficult to pin down during a fight. If an enemy ends its turn within 5 feet of you, you can move up to half your speed as a Reaction. This movement does not provoke Opportunity Attacks.

    Survivalist: You gain proficiency with Nature and Survival if you don't already have it. The proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check made using either of those skills.

    Superior Mobility: Your walking speed increases by 10 feet. If you have a climbing or swimming speed, this also increases by 10 feet as well.

    [~*~] When SwiftFoot was little, she had a bad experience with ghosts and ever since that day she's been frightened of them. This has lead to her present-day personality of being extremely skittish or jumpy. Because she gets spooked so easily SwiftFoot admits to being a coward, and unfortunately has caused her to get into lots of trouble in her military organization. It even got to the point where they finally were forced to send her off for more training back to the city until further notice.

    [~*~] With her 'retraining' out of the way, SwiftFoot was in the clear again but was tasked to smaller quests. She excels splendidly when it comes to scouting out ahead, spying on enemies, and sneaking back to inform her group. But when it came to combat it was a little trickier for this Tabaxi. She'll be all over the place with making it difficult for enemies to get at her as she helps her allies, and yet her strength will fall short to actually scoring good damage if she could even manage to hit the enemy in the first place.

    [~*~] Lots of inactivity can leave one quite restless. Too much Downtime Days left her itching for exploration and unable to sit still for long. That's when SwiftFoot had volunteered to help out another Faction (Emerald Enclave) just to pass the time away. Little did she realize it would lead to her encounter with another Tabaxi by the name of "Fiddlesticks". After spending so much time together, the two became really close and eventually decided to get married. Now not only did SwiftFoot have her duties to fufill, but also trying to maintain a relationship on the side the likes of which she could see a wonderful future for the two of them. Even if it was long distance sometimes when she had to stay within the city and he out there somewhere off in the wilderness.

    [~*~] SwiftFoot has seen some pretty bizarre creatures and weird activity before, but dealing with a 2 headed Demonic Goat has got to be her strangest so far. Right next to the time she thought being bitten by a Jackalwere would give her Lycanthropy! The small group she was with were too oblivious about what was going to happen yet despite that fact she allowed them to act as they wanted to until they finally realized it. With her help they did get the situation under control, and she did politely give everyone a lesson that day about what to watch out for and take the warnings early before anything really bad unfolds.

    [~*~] Speaking of really bad things unfolding... An urgent message was delivered to her one day by an Emerald Enclave member to stop by their agency. It was regarding about what had happened to Fiddlesticks. After the sad news was given to her, SwiftFoot politely had thanked them for informing her before she took off for the woods to go cry alone. She had left without telling anybody, but in her sorrow she felt it was only right to head back, grab some stuff, return back to a more secluded spot and pray to the forest very much like how she'd seen it done so many times from that Faction or from Fiddlesticks himself. Hoping that since those Adventurers didn't bring back his body, she could at least try to pray with a few offerings to the forest's guardians that her dearly departed husband is given a better path into his next life, everybody who hated him so viciously gets what's coming to them for how they mistreated Fiddlesticks and that hopefully his body serves nature well.

    Just please don't bring him back as a ghost. And even if he does then she can try her hardest to accept it as a chance to get over her own fears. Once she was done with the prayers and making sure she did the offerings right, SwiftFoot left for the Swamp where she knew she ought to be the one to inform the "Swamp Sticks" Clan/Tribe about the loss of one of their family members.

    [~*~] "White Plume Mountain" was what the letter said before going into a few details about a lengthy mission somewhere at the place requesting upon her services when she had returned back to the city. SwiftFoot didn't want to go so soon after she had just gotten back, but it was her civic duty to take up the mission regardless of how she felt. Who knows? It might help keep her from getting depressed over her loss.

    [~*~] The mission for "White Plume Mountain" was extremely tedious... And she is lucky to even come back alive! Along the journey she had come across a cursed item that SwiftFoot got rid of the moment she saw the chance after getting said curse removed from her. She played an excellent role for the party the entire time, but there were moments when she didn't feel quite fast enough to escape some enemies or safe enough to avoid some nasty effects. She isn't afraid of water, this feline was fine with it, although she prefers the method of being cautious with the "Look before you leap." phrase. Despite her best efforts in trying to save a trapped party member from being dragged to the bottom of a pond by 2 Kelpies, SwiftFoot wasn't fast enough to escape from being pulled under herself. With the water so murky it was even harder for the remaining members to figure out friend from foe. This is what lead her to an almost early watery grave. Not the Kelpies. SwiftFoot was unable to escape as she lost consciousness, bleeding out from her injuries caused mainly by her own team mates accidently and was literally on the verge of death from drowning. When the Kelpie let her go to go for another victim, one of our Clerics took the distraction to dive down and try to heal her but it had failed. So he had tried to swim her to the surface yet knew he would not make it in time. Suddenly, one of the other Spellcasters in the group luckily had seen the murky forms coming and decided to cast a spell to help the situation just in the nick of time. SwiftFoot was saved.

    After her near-death experience, SwiftFoot felt even more depressed than ever. Given the whole time the party was recovering after the Kelpie fight all SwiftFoot could think about was how her near fatality reminded her of poor Fiddlesticks. She rolled with the teasing from the group about anything they were poking fun at her about for the remainder of their mission as her mind stayed reflecting upon past memories. When they came across some magical items though, she was quick to grab for a rather certain one. One that she hopes will help turn her luck around. It was shaped just like a Cat's head too so why not give it to the Cat? It made her feel a little better.

    [~*~] Nothing had prepared her for what came next. Even with her keen eyes it wasn't going to see the enemy to come later for even those with Darkvision cannot see in such Darkness. She wasn't even going to remember too much of the fight either. Cause the very instant one of the Spellcaster's used magic to brighten the dark room, which the stubborn Fighter blindly ran into, the only thing she saw was a human with blood smeared on his mouth desperately looking her way and pleading with all his life to 'help protect him'. Next thing she knew, poor SwiftFoot had fallen victim to being 'charmed' by a Vampire. To her, she had to stop who she thought were her allies at all costs to help this 'best friend' of hers. Using every trick she had been trained to do to stop them from hurting him wasn't enough. The tricks worked perfectly, but her -former- allies were just smarter than her for this fight. Eventually they finally managed to deal with the Vampire and SwiftFoot was back to normal. The group had to fill her in on what happened as they finally made their way to leave after completing the final portion of their mission. At least they let her have a few items for her troubles. Even if some of the jewelry was fake that they purposely had given to her.

    When the final stretch of their mission was finally over, SwiftFoot was more than ready to head for home. The journey back was long but uneventful thankfully. She reported in and let them know she wasn't going to be up for any more missions for at least a few weeks. An actual vacation sounds like a wonderful idea before this Tabaxi is ready to help again.
