Lucy is selfless beyond measure and far too compassionate for her own good. She's the type of person who would give you the shirt off her back and a place to stay for the night if you were that down on your luck. She's also very determined and protective - going as far as shutting those who she loves out of her life if she believes it's the only way to keep them safe. Physically, Lucy is a rather pretty young woman. She has long hair that falls to the middle of her back, which she dyed pink and won't tell anyone what her natural colour is. Her eyes are a bright medium blue which have silver flakes towards the middle. Her skin is fair and soft to the touch. She'll typically wear a long-sleeved top accompanied by some jeans or shorts. Hidden behind these clothes are several scars from unfortunate encounters during her missions behind enemy lines. Lucy is very self-conscious about these scars, feeling they make her ugly.

Lucy, unbeknownst to her, is one of the Eight Elemental Angels whose arrival on earth fabricated all existence we know today.

Billions of years ago, eight meteorite fragments descended upon the earth. Before their impact, the earth was a barren wasteland that could not support any life. Lucy's meteorite was the first to land, and created time. She herself, is the Angel of Time and is therefore capable of controlling when it starts, stops and how quick it goes. Time, in some cases, is irrelevant for Lucy. She can teleport across the world with no limitations of whether she's been there before, as well as travel back and forth through time at whim. However, there are some limits. She cannot bring anyone back from the dead, or prevent events in history from happening.

She has no idea who she is, what she's capable of, or where the seven other elemental angels are. They all go through life, just like anyone else, but are reborn into a similar 'vessel' to the one they previous had, keeping the same personality, views and traits to enable to morals of their element to continue to live on. So Lucy, in some respects, has been alive for billions of years. Being the Elemental Angel of Time, it makes her the most powerful, and the "founding" Angel. She can affect the powers of all the others, and even use them to an extent.
