Age of Exploration:

The current year is 824 Succeeding the calamity. This world is populated by many mortal races: Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Tieflings, Aasimar, and More. Though it has it's troubles, plagued by the agents of the Demon Lords of the Abyss and Archdevils.

This world is currently in an era of strife between the mortal races waging war and wanting to expand their territories, gain more power, resources and control. And the constant threat of the horrid monsters that pillage, raze and defile the lands and villages within the frontier and out of the protection of the kingdoms.
Adventuring began around this age as more youthful people wish to strike it rich in the frontier by collect rare monsters, searching ancient ruins, finding lost treasures or becoming heroes of legends. Sadly, life was not that easy, only those who were smart, brave, tough, had experience with survival and were extremely lucky would go on to be heroes. Other's who were arrogant, naive or selfish found themselves dead- if they were lucky.
The strife that fills this world is born from the efforts during the calamity, which created it in the first place, to seal away the Archdevils, Demon Lords and Exiled Gods. This forced the Gods to seal themselves outside of the mortal plane and create separate planes to house the Primordial Elements, The Nine Hells, The Abyss, The Shadowfell, The Fey Wylds and many, many more.

Many scholars work to uncover the secrets of time During Calamity, or D.C. for short, to learn about, and hopefully find an answer to, the troubles of this world. Until then many people are shaping this world through politics, corruption, magic, science and technological advances. Adventurers tackle quests and slay monsters, soldiers fight in a war to defend their home lands, Scholars and Alchemist research and try to better the world through innovation, Wizards and Sorcerers study magic and it's effects on the world and normal people just live their lives to the best they can.

This world isn't perfect, it never was, and it might never be. But it's home and the only place people have, so try your best to make it a place you want to live in.

The Age of the Primordial Conflict:

A time when the Gods created the aspects of the worlds, the Titans ruled the ground, the Dragons ruled the skies, the Devils & Demons schemed and fought wars for territories and the Primal Elementals created the forces of nature. In this era of strife, war, hatred and blood, the Gods created the mortal races: Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Halflings and Aasimar. The 8 exiled Gods didn't like this and either created their own races or convinced the other factions to do which they like, spawning new races such as: Tieflings, Dragonborns, Goliaths, Orcs, Half-Orcs and more.

This eventually lead to the mortal races of the Gods and the Mortal races of the Other factions leading to a bloody, violent and disturbing war with both sides locked in a stalemate and creating horrid weapons or twisting the ways of magic to create terrifying and world shattering spells. This all accumulating into one final skirmish which twisted the very laws of reality, nature and the continent, shattering it into separate landscapes.

This final battle, which lasted a hundred years, saw the now weary and heartbroken Gods call an end to it. They created the realms of the Nine Hells locking the devils away, the Abyss for the demons, the Feywylds for the Faries, Shadowfell for the unforgiven and chained the Eight Exiled Gods away into the depths of reality. The Elementals were used to create the elemental planes and the remaining Gods left to create their own holy Dominions out of reality, making so they could never touch the material plane again.

The mortal races would soon begin creating their own cultures and cities, going out to the discover the worlds secrets and eventually lead to bouts of war, infighting and discrimination as the scars of Chaos will forever stay apart of this new reality.

The Age before the Planes were created

Ravisia:
A large planet made 68.6 percent of land and 31.4 percent of water. The ocean are split into 9 different seas, Dulia Sea, The Cinder Tide/The Burning Sea, The Ivory Sea, The Shattered Drift/The Waning Grey, The Gilded/The Amber sea, The Azure Shallow, The Babbling Run, The Serpents Depths and The Spectral Sea. Ravisia is flanked by three moons, One large moon, Aqua Blue in color, known as Estia. A medium size moon that is Rose Gold in color, known as Abon and a very small moon, pure Silver in color, known as Dogma. The planet is covered in a thick atmosphere that prevents the large, Blue, Sun from scorching the planet, it's atmosphere made up of 65% Oxygen, 3% Carbon, 8% Chlorine, 15% Krypton, and 9% Xenon. The Atmosphere is divided into 7 Layers: Thermasphere (1st Layer), Defterosphere (Second Layer), Metasphere (Third Layer), Mesosphere (Fourth Layer), Perosphere (Fifth Layer), Echosphere (Sixth Layer) and Exosphere (Seventh Layer).
