    Even then, Gil does his best to do good for others but there have been times where his well-meaning attempts have landed him in the brig. More than once. He's not a saint, not at all, but when he sees a problem, he does his best to solve it. If those that employed him can pay- well, who is he to turn down coin?

    His mother, a full-blooded high elf working amongst a travelling circus, had oft hoped that her son would grow a bit shrewd, maybe learn that the world can be unfair and the people living on it cruel. Despite her wishes, Gil found ways to see the silver-lining in everything, even when the world did it's best to break down his expectations. Even if it was close to managing, at times...

    Gil was always good at playing the provocateur, and his mischievous behavior helps prolong his stays in city jails. In fact, it's the very trait that turned him into a man wanted in three different capitals.
