A short, thin fairy boy. His most noticeable feature is the large, jagged, red horn sticking out of the top of his head. His hair is long and silky, with a shiny dark blue hue. Ruru wears a zipped-up dark pink jacket over a pastel blue collared shirt, with holes in the back for his white-and-blue wings to poke through. His pants are white and have slits in them towards the bottom, and he wears slip-on shoes in the same color as his jacket.
