Morti was always a little different from the rest of his siblings. The figurative and almost literal black sheep of his family. Right from birth, he always looked a little different. His ears were too pointed and his fur was too dark. His tail was bushy but not in the same, squirrel like manner as his mother. But his parents took care of him in their own, peculiar way and never was he made to feel any different to the rest of his many siblings. And then they came. Ghosts.. From the young age of five, Morti started seeing things that other people could not. Some thought them just the imaginary creations of a child. But as years passed it became evident that such was not the case. They told him things he ought not to know. Growing up in a funeral home, at first it was hard for the young boy. The ghosts scared him and he did not know how to make them stop. Then one near fateful day had one nearly kill him, leaving a mark upon him for the rest of his life. Only through control did he push the spirit away, and from that day on he has become more accustom to what it is he can do.
