Murgroth Krigarek

Murg was born into a very ordinary Kirtak tribe, and was raised by his whole community. When he reached adulthood, he became a 'digger,' someone whose job it was to dig new tunnels and bring back any shinies he found along the way. He once found a very big shiny that was put in pride of place in the feast hall, and he was very happy about that.

Since Kirtak are such excellent diggers, a number of them were recruited by an off planet mining firm, and Murg was one of them. It could be said those Kirtak are being taken advantage of as they are paid rather poorly, often only in food and worthless shiny things. But they don't really care. As long as a Kirtak has a full stomach, lots of fellow workers around and a useful job to do, he's happy. Shinies are a bonus.



As he's still young, Murg is pretty naive about the way the world works and doesn't really understand concepts that aren't part of his own culture. He's enthusiastic, friendly and affectionate though, and is quick to 'befriend' (declare someone to be his friend) everyone around him. He enjoys fighting, but doesn't like when people get hurt. If he learned what wrestling is, he'd love it.

Murg really enjoys anything 'new' and 'fun,' and can easily become fascinated by things others find mundane. When he's excited, he begins shouting his appreciation, and it's very difficult to shut him up. He has a pet worm he calls Wormy he decided not to eat and brought with him.
