A world-weary older woman who's spent nearly all of her life in the city and most of that without a roof over her head. Abrupt in that oh-so-endearing Quebecois way. Considers anyone younger than her a kid and assigns them affectionate nicknames accordingly. Thrifty and clever, she has learned to survive off meagerness and developed a strong stomach and nerves of steel. Acts like a hard-ass but always has a word of encouragement or a spare cigarette to offer those in need. Her streetwise ways unfortunately do not translate well to the wilderness.

Physical
Heavy-lidded eyes surrounded by crow's feet and a deep tan that speaks of a life outside. Full lips, thick brows, a slightly crooked nose, and calloused hands belaying her tendency to take metal things apart and put them back together. She's pockmarked with scars but none that suggest any serious injuries. She keeps her mess of dark, dull hair streaked with grey under a grimy old toque. To some, her already imposing height and build is increased by the fact that she hates being cold and piles on clothes with no regard for how bulky they get. Sturdy leather boots. Her overcoat is covered in hand-sewn patches depicting the names of places she's wandered to. Looks like someone who's lead a rough life and often been exposed to the elements. Her lifetime of smoking has left her with reduced stamina.
